GZ is a brand new building of four loft apartments. Each apartment occupies a whole floor. Each apartment comprises sleeping for 2 to 3, a kitchen, stone bathroom, living and large balcony.

There is a lift to three of the floors.

Each apartment has central heating and air conditioning.

Each apartment has high speed WiFi Internet.

The building has a private laundry and drying room for guests.

The building is located in Athens most desirable inner city area. The building is 5 min walk to the pedestrian only pathway that meanders around the great historical sites of Athens.

Guests may also access various beaches by public transport. The nearest beach is Kalamaki at 7 kilometres.

We call this building GZ. It has four floors and each apartment occupies one floor. The GZ apartments are open plan and have a large balcony that operates as an extra living room. The apartments offer all modern conveniences as well as free wifi. Apartments GZ1+2+3 are each accessed by a lift that opens into the apartment and can be locked for your privacy. GZ4 is on the fourth floor and when rented with GZ3 may be accessed by the lift up to the third and then walk one floor up. Apartments GZ1+2+3 have a double bed and a sofa bed and may each accommodate up to 3 people. Apartment GZ4 has a double bed and may accommodate up to 2 people. The apartments are located approximately 400 meters away from the pedestrian walk way that allows you to amble in Athens historic city centre, visit the Acropolis and picturesque Plaka. Our GZ apartments are also minutes away from Kerameikos metro station and the lively Gazi square where you can enjoy your meals and drinks.

GZ is situated two minutes walk from the huge square of Gazi.

Along with access to the ancient world, Gazi is where the young creative people of Athens have made their home.

Gazi is also home to The Benaki Modern Museum which is one of the greatest museums in Greece. The Benaki is one minute walk from GZ apartments.
