Villa, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

If you are looking for a home with beautiful views, an unoverlooked pool deck which has the sun all day and abundance of wildlife, our luxury 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom single story villa is the one for you. It is has the enviable position of backing onto a conservation area at the western edge of the prestigious Highlands Reserve Country Club and Golf Course. The extended pool deck has four sun loungers, a table and chairs and it is a very peaceful place to spend time chilling out after hectic days running round the numerous parks which are close by.

As we have four children of our own the house is very child friendly. We have a games room with pool table and air hockey there is also playstation 2 with games, a selection of video's, dvd's, board games and tennis rackets.

Our managment company live only minutes away and offer a very personal service unlike some of the bigger companies.

Highlands Reserve has a large community swimming pool, tennis court and children's play area. The Golf Course is a par 72 championship course with 120-foot elevations. The club offers practice facilities, golf shop, and snack bar.

It is just a 15 minute drive to the Disney gates and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is a very well-stocked supermarket and restaurant within walking distance from the villa and the 192 is only a short drive away with a great choice of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
