DIRECTION FOR CAN RAFALET: From port-airport follow for s.josep. When across the country of san josep direction s.antonio, to the left for cala vadella (very famous). Best house you can rent if you go to Ibiza!!!

We spend our vacantion in this beautyfull house in the first week of september. The location is good, by car it is only 5 minutes to the beach and the supermarket is around the corner!!! If you want to go to Ibiza town or to the different partys, you have to drive about 20/25 minutes, so everything is nearby!! You really do need to have a car, but the are quit cheap, so that is not a problem!!!

The owner of the house is very nice and we will help you with anything you need!!

The house is really like it is showing on the pictures, very beautifull and luxuerious!! It is really worth going there!!

Thank you Simone for a great holiday! We were there with 4 adults and 4 kids and we didn't want to leave. The villa was everything you hoped for.The house was very clean and well organised. Also outside: the pool, the sunbeds, the bbq area everthing was great
Simone is a very helpfull owner he was there when needed, but gave us also all the privacy we needed. He is also a very flexible person and always willing to make your holiday better than it already is.
And yes we would recommend this villa to everybody!!!!
Ibiza is a great island to celebrate your holiday, nice beaches, great lunches/dinners, hippy market, ibiza town. But if you want to relax, swim, sunbath, play darts/pingpong the villa is the perfect place to be.

Perfect, lovely and very clean house !!

We had a wonderful two weeks in your house Simone!
Everything is very well-maintained, as if it was new!
The house has a large terrace with a nice swimming pool witch for younger children is fantastic to play and for parents to have their quite moments without getting wet.
The pool table and the ping- pong table were also a nice extra facility.
In the morning we could walk to the Spar to get some fresh bread witch is not very common for most Ibiza houses. Overall, it couldn’t be better. Thanks Simone good job. Nanette

The Perfect Holiday

I would be delighted to recommend this villa for rental. It is in immaculate condition with a huge outdoor space consisting of swimming pool, table tennis table, sunloungers, four outdoor tables, bbq area, pool table and not forgetting the amazing panoramic views of the Ibizan hillside. The indoor living areas were just as impressive, it became a running joke in the house that Simone, our very friendly landlord, had literally thought of everything!! This was our first time renting a villa in Ibiza and it has set our standards very high, with any luck we will be returning to stay here again next year. Thank you very much Simone for an amazing holiday.

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from a week's holiday at Can Rafalet and I can't praise the property and its owner highly enough. From our initial enquiry through to the end of the holiday Simone was very helpful, responsive and flexible.

The villa itself is fantastic and, if anything, the pictires don't do it justice. The views of the valley are amazing and the facilities, both inside and outside are first class. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children and we had everything we needed for a great holiday.

The location is great (but I would recommend a car). There are great beaches located close to the villa (many within a couple of minutes drive) and each one has a restaurant or cafe. There is a good supermarket about 2 minutes walk from the villa and a couple of bars/cafes next door. You could easily spend your holiday in the immediate area but the likes of Ibiza town and San Antonio are only a short drive away.

The owner made us feel very welcome and was happy to provide advice and help with anything we needed. At the same time he was happy to leave us to enjoy our holiday if we didn't need anything.

The villa is of an excellent standard and all of the outdoor furniture appeared brand news. The owner built the place himself and he's really thought about everything you need on holiday - lots of seating areas, shade and activities like ping pong and pool tables.

All in all I'd recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in Ibiza with everything on hand to make your stay stress free.
