Villa Kipi is located in Batu Belig, also known as north Seminyak. Seminyak is one of Bali’s most sought after areas with its trendy bars, shops, spas, restaurants and nightspots. Home to locals, expatriates and several private villa developments, Seminyak is the chosen location for luxurious hotels, such as the Legian and the Oberoi
and the new Starwood Hotel, “The W” . Villa Kipi is located just a two to three minute stroll to Batu Belig’s beach and from there a ten minute beach walk to Bali’s famous Kudeta and other highly popular beach restaurants such as The Breeze and La Lucciola. Yet in spite of the proximity to an abundance of facilities, Batu Belig has lost none of its Balinese feel. Village life is prominent here – rice fields are tended to and the local ‘warungs’ haven’t changed much in the past 50 years, although now catering to westerners as well as locals. Jalan Batu Belig has become one of the most sought after streets on the sunset west coast.
