Terms and Conditions:
1. All bookings require a 30% deposit ,with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before date of occupation.
2. Late bookings ie 6 weeks before date of arrival will require payment in full at time of booking.
3. A separate security deposit is required on payment of balance, for each area as follows:
* 3 bedroom Chalet - E 880 per stay
* 2 bedroom apartment- E300 per stay
* 3 bedroom apartment- E440 per stay
* Studio apartment- E140 per stay
* Whole Villa - E1300 per stay
4. We enforce a strict No Smoking policy. Evidence of smoking will be deducted from the breakage and specialist cleaning deposit.
5. Electricity, Gas, Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and Tourist taxes are included in the price.
6. Check out is before 10am on the day of departure .
7. Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival.
8.Rental payments applying to each booking are those ruling at the time of written confirmation.
9. Terms and Conditions are Subject to English Laws.
