This luxury vacation home is built in Floridian style. The townhome includes a luxurious furniture package to make your vacation experience as convenient and comfortable as possible. Downstairs you find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need to make your family a nice dinner. You can sit comfortably with your family after a long day of walking in the park, or you can relax your muscles in your private hot tub. This hot tub is situated on your own screened patio, so you do not have to worry about the outside world.
The couch in the living room is transformed into a queen size bed in no time. Also on the first floor is a big bedroom with a queen size bed and a private bath room. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and share a bathroom. The last room upstairs is a game room, with another bed/couch and a table soccer game.

The home: The townhome is fully equipped with everything you may need during your holiday. The entire house is air-conditioned and in each rooms there is a ceiling fan. You can acces internet in the entire house with the free highspeed WIFI.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, glass top cooking range, big fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. There is seating at the dining table for 6 with an additional 3 at the breakfast bar.
The living room invites you to relax and watch television with its comfortable couch. When you would rather enjoy the lovely Floridian temperatures, you can take a seat at your own patio. On the patio is the Hot-Tub as well, in which 6 persons can relax.
Upstairs in the game room you find a table soccer game, which will encourage young and old to show off their skills at this game.
If you are looking for a way to cool down, you should try the refreshing pool of the complex, close to the house.
The community:
The Coral Cay Resort is a gated community. This ensures that no persons that have no business thera can enter the resort.
Most houses are used as vacation homes, so you will be surrounded by other tourists. It is a very pleasant, quiet community. The house has its own driveway, big enough for 2 cars.
You don't have to worry about a thing:
Your vacation is meant to be pleasant and worry-free. In order to help you achieve this, we have taken care of some of the essentials. We have profided a washer and dryer, this way you can bring less cloths and wash everything when you want.
There is no need bringing any towels to our home, they are all taken care of. There are plenty of towels present to use at home and to take with you to the pool and the waterparcs.
The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare a nice dinner for you family; enough cutlery, plates and pots and pans.
The bedrooms contain comfortable beds, nightstand and enough clean linen. All bedrooms have curtains and ceiling fans. A childbed is present for toddlers till 4 years old.
Al the bedlinnen and towels are provided, so you do not need to worry about any of this.
Enough to see and do:
Florida and especially Orlando is known for its many theme parcs. The townhome is close to the biggest themepars of Orlando; Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Gator Land. These parcs offer a wide variety of entertainment for the entire family. Disney is well known for its fairy tales, but also has a big savana with animals that walk around freely. Universal Studios offers a lot of rollercoaster rides and has a special parc entirely about Harry Potter. Sea World is the place to see the orca's or the swim with dolphins.
When you want to see more creepy animals, you should visit Gator Land: home to more than 1000 of Florida's best known inhabitants: the alligators. Here they offer you the opportunity not only to touch the gators, but also to touch snakes and spiders,
And we haven't even started about the nature parcs, the golf courses and Kennedy Space Centre.
