The villa is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom which sleeps 8 very comfortably, We have high speed wireless internet connection and cable TV, Local and national phone calls are Free of charge. Outside there is a fully screened heated pool with large deck area which receives the sunshine all day. A games room complete with pool table, air hockey and darts to keep the kids happy.
There are community Tennis Courts, Volley ball court, Large swimming pool, cycling track and fishing lake.
Our Villa has fan lights fitted in each room making it easier to cool each room to your choice working alongside the Air Conditioning
Location and further discription: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and would expect to find at home. It includes, but is not limited to, a full size cooker, microwave oven, coffee blender, toaster, whisk, blender, huge fridge/freezer with ice maker and of course a dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All cooking utensils, plates, cups and dining utensils are new this year.
There is a separate utility room with top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board & iron.
Each bathroom also has its own Hair dryer so there is no need to pack your own
Bedroom details: The Master suite has a huge californian king sized bed with flat screen cable TV, cabinets and a walk in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, his & hers sinks & separate shower & WC.
The Queen suite has a full size queen bed with cabinets, built in wardrobes, drawers, flat screen cable TV & en-suite shower/WC.
Bedroom three is twin bedded with built in wardrobes, drawers and a flat screen cable TV. This room shares the 3rd bathroom with bedroom 4
Bedroom four is twin bedded with built in wardrobes, drawers and a flat screen cable TV. This rooms shares the 3rd bathroom with bedroom 3
A travel cot and high chair for babies can also be supplied upon request.
Villa and surounding details: Outside to the rear you will find a fenced (for privicy) heated pool which has a fully screened cover to stop leaves, large bugs, unwanted racoons and the like entering. The sun is on the deck area all day for those of you who like to go home with some colour as well as toned legs after walking the parks. It also benifits from a shaded large Lanai area for those of you who like some shade. You also have the choice of 2 BBQ's one gas the other charcol to suit all cooking choices. There are padded loungers, chairs and a table for you to use and relax. Outside of the screened area you will find to either side of the pool, very pretty palm trees and a lawned area. To comply with US laws all external doors leading into the pool area are fitted with safety alarms.
Our garage has been converted to a games room which includes a pool table, air hockey, darts, cable TV, Wii complete with Wii fit, microphone and games.
