San Moise CD The apartment is located in an area with great charm in the San Marco neighborhood, just steps from the world famous Teatro La Fenice. There is a small wooden pier literally 5 meters from the front door of the building that provides easy access to the apartment by water taxi. It has a nice lobby leading to the entrance of the apartment. It is newly renovated and elegantly designed furniture, make it the perfect solution for those who want to live a true Venetian experience without giving up the comfort of a modern home.

From its windows you can enjoy a splendid view of gondolas drifting silently in the channel and the reflection of the colorful houses on the emerald water. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning and Internet access. We recommend this type of apartment to families with 2 or 3 children, families with a child traveling with grandparents, friends traveling together.

The apartment is located in a central area of ??Venice, in San Marco, just 2 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, one minute to the main street where you can enjoy all the international shops and the most interesting places to visit such as the famous Teatro La Fenice, we'll find literally around the corner. Also a short walk will find the famous Harry's Bar, the Basilica of San Marco, the Bridge of Sighs, the Ducale Palace and the dock from where I Vaporetti (ferry) that will connect the city and the airport also.

It is in an area surrounded by bars and restaurants of high Italian and international cuisine.

An ideal apartment for the period of the Venice Biennale, as it may take to get an unforgettable walk along the coast that will take only about 15 minutes, while you can enjoy a central location where you can have the best services within walking distance.

  • The minimum stay is 3 days. The price per night in any season, is the result of the average of a week, with the first three nights the most expensive so the price you see above is variable.

For stays longer than 8 nights including a servicioo will change sheets and towels. While for shorter periods may be requested maid service but will not be included in the price.
    It may add an extra night after making the reservation provided there is availability and the request is not made 6 days prior to arrival.
