About the owners: We are Turkish-American citizens who decided to move to Seferihisar from Istanbul in 2008. Before moving, we researched for 3 years to find the perfect location near sea for a tranquil life style in an unspoiled locale but not too far from a modern city.
We started building the house in 2009 with the idea of sharing it with guests from all around the world, so you will find the amenities and the conveniences that make for a very comfortable stay for families and groups. The house is very spacious with big bedrooms designed for short term rentals.
As nature lovers, we also care to protect the environment and try to eat healthy so we produce our own olive and olive oil, we grow organically most of our vegetables in our garden in summer, we have a dozen chickens, we buy our fish directly from the fishermen at the auction house in Sigacik. We make our own yogurt and cheese. If you would like to try it yourself, we can get you the fresh milk from our neighbors. Or just let us know, we love to share our yogurt with you.
