The cottage is located in the grounds of a large country house. The owners offer the cottage when the main house is not occupied. The cottage is situated in a hillside position overlooking the beautiful village of Camerata with its distinctive castellated church tower. The property is 20 minutes drive from the historic Etruscan town of Todi and 1hr and 20 minutes drive from Rome.

The cottage has a large living room overlooking the valley with terrace and lawn in front. Fully equipped kitchen and fireplace. The bedroom has a king size bed and looks out to the garden and swimming pool. Close to the house is a covered outdoor dining area with a pizza oven and BBQ, surrounded by lawn and fruit trees. The swimming pool, which is 15 meters by 4 meters, is for the exclusive use of guests and has stunning views of the Apennines Mountains to the South and East.

It is the perfect property for honeymooners or people who just want to relax and enjoy the Italian countryside.

The pool is for exclusive use of the guests and it is not shared. There are no other cottages in the property and the estate is for the sole use of the cottage renters. Check in time 4pm check out time 10am. Be reminded that it is a rural property, therefore a car is essential.

Notes:
La Piccola is the perfect getaway place. It is amidst the verdant countryside that is Umbria. The Estate has around 4 hectares that will be for the sole use of the guests; the property comes with a gardener that will visit the property every other day. Pool is cleaned every week and the changeover will be done every Saturday. The pool is a 12m by 6m pool and is for the exclusive use of the guests. Also, there is a BBQ are and a pizza oven that can be used and wood is available right next to the area.
