The picture from the Eiffel tower is the real view by the windows during the july 14th festivities.

Dominating Paris (14th floor) and conveniently located only 15 minutes from Eiffel tower or Chateau de Versailles, this apartment will be an important part in your Paris souvenir.

This place is just like a museum of Paris with historic monuments visible from the rooms.

Everything you need is at your fingertips thanks to: 3 metro stations (Gaite, Montparnasse, Edgar Quinet), 5 bus lines, and a large choice of restaurants, bars and 2 shopping centers.

An easy access from the airports (Charles de Gaulle 50' and Orly 30') with Air France cars will get you directly to the apartment ! The final stop Mouchotte is in our street.

Every Wednesday and Saturday, you can appreciate the local market atmosphere and the charm of the Sunday Art Market.

  • The apartment is comfortable for max 7 adults + 3 children.
    The price is based on 8 people all charges included.
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 Euros is required to complete the booking (in 3 days).
    The only policy payment is transfer order. The deposit will be refunded on your departure.
    The rent should be paid on your arrival only by cash.
    If you cancel any time, payment is refunded if the unit is re-rented.
  • A few week-ends are available.
    The rate for 4 to 6 nights is 450 euros per night and for 2 or 3 nights is 500 euros per night all charges included.
    The parking is available for 100 €uros per week.
    10% off for more than two weeks.

* Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

* Check in after 2 PM and check out before 10 AM.

* No pets allowed.

* Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.

* Children are welcome. A Crib and a High Chaircan could be provided.

* Housekeeping is provided only prior to arrival.

* If the accommodation is not left in reasonable order, then we will be obliged to deduct a cleaning fees of 100 euros from your deposit.

* The deposit will be refunded on your departure.

* If you cancel any time the deposit will be refunded if the apartment is rerented.

* It's possible to book a parking in the building for minimum one week. The rate is 100 euros per week.

Cleaning: the cleaning fees are 100 euros.

much more than we expected!

The Eiffel Tower’s view from the apartment is gorgeous and we were so surprised with everything on the apartment!
It’s a very nice place, well located and with large rooms and living-room.
We were in 9 people (including 2 elderly and 2 children aged 3 and 6 years) and my mother cooked for us most meals and everything worked well.
There even has wireless internet, but you better take your lap-top with you.

Even after our staying, we wrote to the owner to tell we had forgotten my mother’s shoes and to ask him if it was possible to send it for us. As he would travel over here to work, he kindly offered to bring the shoes to Brazil for us.

We loved everything and we highly recommend!

We are already making plans to go back there.

Family vacation in Paris

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Each of our four children had their own bedroom, and my wife and I slept comfortably in the alcove off the living room. The kitchen is very cramped but adequate for light meals around the living room coffee table. The view of the Eiffel Tower is spectacular, and from the other side of the apartment you can see Notre Dame, Pantheon, St. Sulpice and other well known sights. And Shahin and her husband were a pleasure to work with. Recommend.

Trully fantastic Parisian apartment!

What can I say, this apartment is ideal for familes or friends wanting to stay in the heart of Paris. The apartment is lovely with fantastic views of the eiffel tour and Paris. It is easy to get to from the euro star station and right by a metro station and local buses covering all of Paris. We had a great stay there!!

Unique view of Eiffel tower for 6 to 8 people.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. I would recommend this apartment to a friend or relative.It was clean and well equipped for our family needs. The view and location couldn't
be better. It was close to a metro and train station and easy commute to
airports.

Lovely apartment, owner, and location

We, five adults, enjoyed this lovely home in Paris during the first week of July. Bus transportation from the airport was cost effective and stopped at this property. The metro is located below the property. This apartment is situated in a friendly neighborhood in central Paris. The owner was very accomodating. The apartment is compact with all necessary amenities. It was a great first experience of HomeAway.
