Total tranquillity in this traditional house with large garden and orchard. As the house has two living room / kitchens, it is ideal for two or three families or three generations who enjoy holidaying together, but who may appreciate some privacy now and again. The garden is a haven of tranquillity for adults and an adventure playground for children - yes, at the same time. Sunbathe in the grassy areas, or cool off in the shade of mature trees. 9 x 4.5m pool From the front patio, enter the hallway and open-plan living area with fully-fitted kitchen and open fireplace. There are two bedrooms downstairs, bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs is another living-room opening onto its own wisteria clad terrace; four bedrooms and two shower rooms.

Douzillac is a quiet village surrounded by countryside and overlooking the river Isle. A few minutes' easy drive to Neuvic ,Mussidan, St Astier for restaurants, open markets and supermarkets,petrol, banks. A few more minutes to the lakeland area de la Jemaye with all water sports, vineyards galore, lunch under the plane trees in Bergerac, cities of Bordeaux and Perigueux, classic sites of the Dordogne Valley - dramatic cliff top villages, troglodyte settlements.
