Nice Vacation Rental apartment: Mont-Boron

This apartment was stunning and really exceeded all our expectations. We loved staying here so much that it was difficult to make ourselves leave each day and go explore the surrounding areas! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and maintained in top order. It was so nice to have our own laundry and not have a pile of dirty clothes to haul home. The patio and garden were a wonderful places to spend evenings, eat dinners and drink lots of wine. We would sit out until late each evening enjoying the passing boats, planes and helicopters and watching the moon reflect off the sea.

One word of caution -- there are A LOT of stairs. If you have difficulty going up or down stairs, think twice about this apartment. Even though there is an elevator, many stairs are still involved. And the elevator does not help you when coming and going from your car -- that is all uphill/ upstairs. But if you are like us, think of the stairs as a great way to burn off some of the calories from the marvelous meals you'll be making in this kitchen!

The owner has thoughtfully provided a hair dryer with diffuser attachements but if you like washcloths for your shower, bring your own. There is a Carrefour market right down the hill (totally walkable but you'll be hauling your groceries up lots of stairs) but it does have a parking garage attached that you can use for free.

We can't recommend this place highly enough. We felt very lucky for stumbling on it via the internet. WAY better than staying in a hotel. Staying here made our French vacation extra special and we'll definitely be back!!

What a wonderful villa apartment and a great place to spend time in Nice. You are close to the port and within walking distance of the old town. You will see the most beautiful views possible. You are high up overlooking the Mediterranean. You can see Cap Ferat and if you walk up the hill further you will be looking at other wonderful views as well.

We found the beds comfortable and the rooms very spacious and overall the apartment is well-maintained. We were able to prepare some meals in the kitchen and then sit out on the patio at the giant table overlooking the water while we ate our meal and drank French wine.

We highly recommend this apartment for a romantic vacation to an area that has much to off and much to see and do. The location is truely "unique."

This villa apartment is a great place to spend time in Nice. It is well located near the port and just north of town, within walking distance of the old town. It has the most beautiful, sweeping views imaginable from high on the hillside of Nice, Cap Ferat, and the Mediterranean.

It was clean, well-maintained with all facilities in good working order. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare some meals in, as we did. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable.

We will be recommending this place to my friends who travel to Nice. There is lots to do in and around Nice -- great restaurants and tourist attractions. The highlights of our trip were the Rothschild mansion and gardens on Cap Ferat, the Chagall museum in Nice, shopping in the old town of Nice, and the little town of St. Jean Cap Ferat.
