Luxury Townhouse, with Granite counters in Kitchen and all bathrooms, Newly installed solid flooring in the hall and all Bedrooms, Your home will be ready for your arrival with fresh, clean linen provided for your stay. Towels are provided so you can step right in and take a shower following your flight, also provided at no additional expense, a welcome pack with tea, coffee and sundries to help make your stay more relaxed as you walk through the door.

Your holiday home, is light, airy and luxurious, and fully fitted.

Disney World is but a short, pleasant drive away, as are the major theme parks and Airports, why not hire our SatNav, priced from £10/week + security deposit and postage.

You will feel at home in resort as both the property and the development itself is accessed solely by a key code which will be provided to you upon booking.

Facilities on site are all within a minutes walk, choose from pool, gym, the catch and release fishing lake, or play area for your children to make new friend

Looked at plenty of Villas around Orlando, most of them are impersonal, this place is fantastic and ticked all the boxes. We like the secluded site, the secure nature, the quality of the resort, and the fact that we are not really overlooked at all.

A genuine family resort, close to the theme parks, but removed from the hubub of Orlando central

What makes this house unique

Recently installed Granite worktops/Counters in the Kitchen and all bathrooms, newly installed wooden flooring upstairs, and stair carpetting.

Freshly painted, and well managed, we like the location close to the clubhouse, that its un-overlooked and the heated splashpool just made it for us the complete santuary after a days enjoyment at the parks

Mamas and Papas Cot is also in the Laundry room, and just needs to be poped up to ensure you can sleep in the same comfortable room if you have small children.

Hi Kevin

Your holiday home at encantada was all we expected it to be.It was accurate
to your description and pictures on your website.
The home was very clean when we arrived and we liked the fact that the
management had turned on the outside
light and some internal ones for us on arrival,although i first thought we
had the wrong home because the TV was on.
The home itself was bigger than expected with plenty of storage space and
very well equipped.
We had a great stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

The resort itself was very welcoming and the pool area was very good.
We felt very secure in the gated community and the staff were very friendly.

Had a great holiday Kevin which you helped us with, any questions were
answered promptly and you even
went to some lengths to find answers for me which was appreciated.
Once again thanks for a great holiday home and one day we hope to get back
over there.

we would recommend the place to everyone in a great location , all the disney parks was a 10 minutes away and universal was about 20 minutes , all the family had a great time , the house as got everything that you need , great open plan kitchen , dining room and lounge , all the bedrooms was lovely ,walmart supermarket was only 10 minutes away , we all can not wait to go back to this place again , everybody who goes will have a great time stopping here , from the house to all the parks , ps the club house with the swimming are great too

had a lovely time at your villa, the resort was lovely spent a few days around the
pool in the sun, great weather, staff at resort were very nice, l would definately
recommend you and poss try to book your villa in the future, everything was catered for even down to the little touches of a little bit of tea coffe etc.,

We did return safely and had a wonderful time in Florida. I was extremely
impressed with your property. In fact, we would love to book it for next year.
We will contact you as soon as we know the dates of our stay for next year.
Thanks so much for everything. . We loved the
property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Also, we would have interest in an additional house/condo if you have any. We
will again be bringing down a volleyball team for the AAU National Championship
tournament. We would have 13-15 people with that group. I loved the Encantada
location and would love to have the same place as that we were at along with a
larger house that would have room for 15 people. This year our team stayed in the
Emerald Island resort area and like it also. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Hi Kevin,
The place was perfect...thanks. My daughters loved the tvs in the room. The layout
was great and the private plunge pool a nice feature. The pool was heated to about
98 when we arrived, so i turned off the heat, so you might tell the staff there to
not turn it to max. But all in all your place was very clean, nicely decorated and a fabulous value. Thanks!
