A beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom, house, with spectacular views

Our house was completed in 2010 and is situated in an elevated position on the award winning Rabaska development on the edge of the La Bete Golf Course just a five minute drive from the lively resort of Mont Tremblant.

Built on three floors there are spectacular views across the golf course to the mountains from the lounge, and upper bedrooms. You enter the house on the upper ground floor where there is a large lounge, guest wash room and a very well equipped open plan kitchen leading out to a large balcony with views across the mountains. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms. On the lower ground floor there are a further two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the lower ground floor you will also find a second lounge with a sofa bed and french windows leading directly out to the lovely grassed area with views over the golf course and mountains.

Situated on the edge of the famous La Bete Golf Course, Rabaska is an award winning development of fine houses in a spectacular setting. If you like golf, you are right in the midst of an area of excellent golf courses that border Mont Tremblant which is a magnet for visitors year round. In winter you are just five minutes drive from the foremost ski resort in Quebec and in summer you are on the edge of the mountains and lakes of one of the most beautiful parts of Canada.

In summer Mont Tremblant offers a host of outdoor activities from sailing, swimming and water sports to mountain biking and walking on the many dedicated trails. At night you will find a host of excellent restaurants and bars in Mont Trembalant and even a Blues festival each year in July.
