Fantastic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom triplex townhouse located in the pretty urbanisation of Garden Beach,with shared swimming pool set in communal gardens, a private garden, private sun deck with terrace pool and private access to the beach from the resort.

Beautifully designed and furnished this lovely property is located on the exclusive 'new golden mile' 10 mins drive from Puerto Banus and 15 mins from Marbella. There is a great bar & restaurant with a roof top garden located at the entrance to the development (seasonal opening) that can be accessed directly from the communal gardens where you will also find a children's pool.

It is a secure, gated community of 36 privately owned charming townhouses, which fronts directly onto the beach, in a quiet area but still within easy access of the glamorous piano bars and watering holes of the marina at Puerto Banus or Estepona with its great shopping and balconies of geranium filled baskets.

Spain: Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people. Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambiance of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!

Estepona and New Golden Mile: Estepona is a very pleasant town 16 miles west of Marbella, with along seafront promenade, perfect for those sunset strolls or winter walks. It has a wide sandy beach and a fishing port where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats.

The pretty main square has numerous cafes and restaurants amid remnants of old castle wall sand traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families and well heeled British retirees.

For those seeking nightlife, the exclusive bars and clubs of the world famous Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car or sip a cocktail while watching the millionaires on their yachts.

The beautiful white villages of Andalucia are well worth a visit and also Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain, still in use!

Further afield, for the more adventurous Morocco, with its souks and charm is only two hours away

Local attractions: The property is situated next to the Kempinski Hotel (five star) with stunning restaurants and facilities, Google the webpage for information also the amazing Laguna Village with its day spa's and restaurants is just a short walk. This is really as good as it gets.

What a great place

HI I stayed here with my wife and two kids in the summer. I was amazed at how big the Villa was for the price. The Villa is a four story 3 bed house with a rooftop dipping pool and BBQ area which we used alot. The Villa is next door to the private community pool and theres tonnes of restaurants and shops beside the estate. The Laguna beach complex is 2 mins walk and is a great asset for a family holiday. Theres a day spa and about 10 restaurants in the complex which sits on a beatutifull beach and has chilled djs and bands playing into the nighttime. We will rebook this year. Simply excellent. PS. Theres a large building project behind the complex which worried us originally but it has been dormant im told for several years.

me and my partner stayed here last august, the description was spot on, all good for location, in a safe gated community and ideally situated right beside the pool and restaurant. The property was spotless and all appliances were in perfect condition. customer service for booking was great nice and friendly. i would recommend this for a couple familys its perfect great rooms for kids. there are some super cool restaurants and beach bars only 5 minutes away and the sea is only a stroll away. the roof top terrace is the ideal way to finish of any day. a thoroughly enjoy stay we will be back again this summer.

Golf: The Costa Del Sol is also know as 'Costa Del Golf' . If you stayed for a month you could play a different course every day and not travel more than 45 min to do it.There is a huge range of courses to suit all abilities and of course some fantastic club houses, many of whom feature regular dinner dances and special events.

Ski: Sierra Nevada is approximately 2-2.5 hours from Marbella and often has snow up to the first week in May. This mostly undiscovered ski resort is known for skiing in the morning and sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon. The prices are good and you can stay overnight locally for a reasonable price in a wide range of properties in and around the resort. The countryside is beautiful and worth a visit out of ski season as well.
