In the heart of Soho with its bustling streetlife and amazing choice of restaurants, cafes and bars, this 4 person-studio is bang centre for theatreland and the West End's shopping streets, and only minutes from 4 tube stations serving 5 lines (including the Piccadilly line). Fortunately this part of Soho has little motor traffic.
Just 100 metres from Oxford Street, it is situated on the 3rd floor of a secure block (with lift and video entry system). This one apartment is bright with rooftop views, and comprises reception room (with bed & sofabed) and adjacent modern fitted kitchenette (including dishwasher, washing machine/drier and combi-cooker etc). Spanish influenced bathroom with bath shower and wc, and double glazing.
Rent includes all utilities, freeview television, cd/dvd player, and free broadband internet.
I stayed in this studio apartment in Soho with 2 friends of mine for a week. This was our first visit to London the weather wasn’t great but apartment was fabulous for the week, great central location, close to a tube station, retail shopping and walking distance to all the sights in London.
Inside the apartment everything was clean including sheets and towels that were provided for us and the appliances were working.
We had no problem with the noise in this apartment.
Roberto was standing outside the apartment waiting for us, we were running late. He talked us through the apartment and things; he was very knowledgeable about London so that was very helpful.
If I was to return to London I would like to stay here again.
The location of this apartment is great. Right in the heart of Soho close to a few different tube stations (and lines) and 3 minutes walk to Oxford Street. That is probably the last good thing I can say about it. Although the location is good it is VERY noisy so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you as the street below is bustling no matter what time of day or night. We expected this given the location so were fine with it. The things we were not happy with were the apartment was not very clean (especially considering they add on a cleaning fee on top of the advertised price once you go to book it) dust and dirt in all of the corners we had to go around with the dust buster provided. Wifi may as well not be included and the only place you get signal is standing in the hall near the lift (outside the apartment), we also had to request the password a few times and didn't receive it till around 4 hours after check in. Bed was horrible with springs digging in to your side. Kitchen facilities were fine but they had folding plastic chairs but no table so had to eat on the couch with our plates on our laps. When I contacted the owner Roberto for assistance with a few things he did not seem to care that our experience was not good. Wouldn’t be able to recommend this place unfortunately.
Great location and comfortable apartment which made our stay all the more enjoyable. It was a bonus being able to get around central London on foot and nip back quickly when our son needed his afternoon sleep. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided and the owner took the time to provide with us with useful information when we first arrived.
Although we found the kitchen a wee bit small it did have everything that we needed to cater for a toddler and cook meals.
It's always a bit of a hit and miss affair when trying to find accommodation that meets one's expectations/ needs, so finding this place has taken away a lot of the hassle for when we visit London next time. We would definitely recommend this apartment.
The apartment is extremely central and located in trendy Dean street, SoHo, part of London’s “West End” and within walking distance to a number of tourist attractions including.
• British Museum, British Library, National Art gallery, National Portrait gallery, London Transport museum
• Shopping streets : Oxford, Regent, Carnaby streets, Neil Street, Covent Garden
• Leicester square, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly circus and China Town and SoHo,
• St Pauls, Smithfields and Tate Modern(slightly longer walk)
• Parks : St James, Green, Hyde and, Lincoln Fields
• Universities: UCL and Westminster.
• South Bank (London eye, Hayward gallery and south bank theatres)
• Westminster Buildings, The Royal palace, The Ritz, Piccadilly.
• Tate Modern, London Business School, Regent’s Park, London Canal and, the London Zoo are also walk-able for those with a bit more energy.

Non-return of each set of keys invokes an automatic £50 charge.
We accept payments by credit/debit card.or internet bank, PayPal.
Costs include utilities and taxes but do not include bank transaction fee.
To secure your booking, you will need to pay 25% of total charge with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Failure to pay the final 75% by the stated date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Your booking is confirmed following receipt of your deposit.
Full refund less bank charges for up to 4 weeks prior to arrival and, if cancellation occurs after the remaining balance has been made, refund of any amount is subject to the relenting of the property for the period originally booked.
We always meet you at the apartment at an appointment time issued by us following your second payment
You will be required to present a credit card on your arrival for GBP250 security deposit to cover any loss or damage.
Late arrival supplement £25 for check-ins from 22:00
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (GBP) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
