Pretty apartment on quiet gated estate - pool & tennis courts

Lovely, open plan apartment situated within a very quiet and safe gated estate. Relax in the private garden, enjoy a swim in the shared pool or take a 5 minute stroll to the nearest sandy beach. You can even enjoy a game of tennis if you're feeling energetic! This recently refurbished, 2 bedroom apartment features a spacious and comfortably furnished living and dining area with cabled TV and DVD player. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. The double bedroom is comfortably furnished with a double bed and there is a second family bedroom beautifully presented with 3 single beds, two of which can be presented as a double if required. The modern shower room features contemporary shower cubicle, WC and handbasin. The poolside bar and restaurant serves drinks, snacks, icecreams,as well as restaurant quality lunches and dinners and the tennis club features a pool table and a bar.(Note: small fee payable locally for the use of the swimming pool which is open Jun to Sept). There is free wireless internet access available in the Tennis Club Lounge for the use of our guests

Ericeira, on the beautiful Lisbon Coast, is a picturesque fishing village with beautiful beaches and a host of great restaurants tempting you with everything from great steaks to freshly caught fish and seafood. World famous for it's surfing beaches, this is an ideal destination for couples and families alike and offers a taste of 'unspoilt Portugal'. Hard to believe that this quaint village with its maze of cobbled streets is only 30 mins from Lisbon and within a short drive of the palaces of Sintra and the cosmopolitan resorts of Estoril and Cascais. The golf resort of Penha Longa is only 40 minutes away and 18 hole, par 72 golf course at CampoReal can be reached in 35 mins.

This famous surf resort carefully blends the old with the new. Cobble stoned walkways lead to the long sandy bays of Ribeira d'Ilhas Beach, Orelheira Beach, Calada Beach and not to mention São Julião Beach. With consistent surf all year a trip to Ericeira is a must. Board and wetsuit rental is available.

Golf: The golf resort of Penha Longa is only 40 minutes away and offers the championship Atlantic Course which is ranked amongst the top 30 courses of Continental Europe. Penha Longa also has the Monastery Course - a nine hole par 35 course of 2,588 metres. Only 35 minutes away is the extraordinary beautiful and uniquely charming 18 hole, par 72 golf course at CampoReal resort.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Please note there is a 30% deposit payable on booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payments should be made via bank transfer.

    We will also require a security/breakages deposit of €200 to cover the unlikely event of accidents occurring during your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.

    For any last minute bookings, do call us.
  • Check-in is from 15h and check-out is at 11h.

    Prices quoted are for up to 4 adults but a cot or fold up child's bed is available free of charge if required.
    Our preferred changeover day is Saturday but we will try to be as flexible as possible in order to meet your requirements.
    Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but we ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels.
    We will provide a weekly linen change. This can be increased if you require for an additional cost - please enquire
  • Unlike most privately owned self catering holidays, we are able to offer a concierge service in order to make your stay more enjoyable.
