Villa of 6 rooms, 5 bathrooms,jacuzzi 2 toilets, private garden , tennis table (ping - pong), private pool (5 for 10m), garage , area of covered barbecue (table 12 diners), living room dining room (65 m2), kitchen with table to eat, solarium (45 m2) terrace 30 m2, 2 porch (45 and 30 m2). The house also has air conditioning, chimney, heating, alarms, musical thread, television, DVD, TV for satellite, dishwasher, microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, badge vitrocerámica and all the necessary to past a nice holidays. The house is to 5 minutes of the famous Port Banús, in a calm area to 100m of the beach. You can find 100m gym, padle, tennis bars etc. Restaurants to 50m. There is very near the house the best fields in golf of Marbella.

In an area of 25km we have water park, horsemanship, park of attractions, marine, mountain, and in an area of 3 km one can enjoy golf, tennis paddle, gym, marine, fishing, l water sports, diving, sailing.
