This is possibly the best apartment you can find in Dubai. It is comfortable, very well equipped including a high standard of Internet and Media components and well maintained. The highlight is the gorgeous terrace with a breathtaking sight over Jumeirah beach. The situation near to bus and Metro stations in connection with the in-house garage allows easy travelling to other parts of Dubai and the Emirates. Last but not least did we foünd in Alessandro a very helpful host.

EXCELLENT!!!

I stayed with my parents and my girlfriend in Alessandro's apartment on the 30th floor. Incredible views, great interior design and comfortable beds. Everything was provided inside the apartment from cooking tools, plates, glasses, hair driers etc ... you name it and it was there! Just like going to your own home!
The pool area was immaculate with unbelievable views of the palm and the ocean. It even had a jacuzzi and a barbecue area overlooking the ocean. I used the gym in the morning and it had everything needed! All I can say is - If you are looking to come to Dubai and stay for a reasonable price - call/email Alessandro. Very nice guy with great assistance if requested. The building is very close to the Marina and beach...I have nothing bad to say! Happy holidays from Sweden :-)

Just say big thank you to alessandro! Wonderfull service, care about clients, just good experiences. We had little trouble with the dates and reservation but thanks to Alex we enjoyed our stay! Appartment in walking distance to sea, shops, beach. Finally, we did not stay in penthaus even the other appartment 3004 so in the future must do it! Thanks and reccommendation !!!!

Really the best view and best location.
But very difficult find availability.
I booked 12 months advance...

It were fantastic hols in Dubai. The appartment was exactly as described. We (my wife/2 Kids) enjoyed to stay for these days in the appartment. Very short way to shop for breakfast and with Taxi (approx 5-10 mins depends on the traffic) or 10 mins walk to a nice beach/restaurants.
Only can recommend that appartment. Thx Alessandro!
