White washed walls and impressive architecture with simple lines & clean shapes. Those 250 square meter sea view villas offer beautiful view of Paradise beach. Two large front shaded terraces with a spacious lounge & barbecue dinning area plus, a unique private infinity pool with jacuzzi make our houses a dream for friends, families and couples.
A stone fence wall shields the northern side of the houses, keeping them in privacy, relatively secluded and wind sheltered.
The interior is cozy decorated, pristine, and tastefully appointed with comfortable furniture and electric artwork.
Ground floor has a full equipped kitchen, dinning room, and a spacious living room with an eight-seater couch and fireplace. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and contains it's own private jacuzzi tub. Two of other three bedrooms have super comfortable queen beds, with the third one containing two single beds. Also a big sofa bed can sleep one or two more adult guest. All the bedrooms have in-suite bathroom with multi-jet shower panels.
The upper floor has an individual entranced guest house with queen bed, in-suite bathroom, kitchenette and a private terrace with lounge area & sea view. Offering further privacy.
