Le Cerrete” holidays home is an housing estate

Casa Poiana (4 sleeping accommodations) composes of a kitchen/living room, 2 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. (The composition of the two bedrooms is the following: a master bedroom and twin bedroom, (with two separated bed)

The habitable surface is almost 70 m², and in the inner space there is also an amazing original fireplace, renovated using local stones.

Outside you can find a beautiful veranda furnished for dining. In the panoramic garden of the house there is the possibility to use the swimming-pool (to be shared with the other guests), where also deck chairs and beach umbrellas are provided.
