This 120 square meter penthouse apartment is remarkably modern, roomy, and peaceful. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and there is also a bonus room with a full bed and en suite bathroom.
The apartment was recently fully renovated, so its interior is modern and comfortable. Central air-conditioning was installed in 2013. It s also incredibly luminous and airy. A terrace off of the open living room looks out over the Sacre Coeur Basillica.
Central A/C will be installed this winter, in time for May 2014.
It is situated on the 7th floor and the building has large, well-functioning elevators: this is another rarity in Paris!
One of the most famous gardens in Paris, the Parc Monceau, is just a few blocks away.
It s also just around the corner from the Avenue des Champs Elysées and the Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, famous for their prestigious designer shops. The Presidential Palace and the Arc de Triomphe are only a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment was perfect for 5 adults. There are 2 full baths (one with a washer/dryer) and an additional half bath. The living room is comfortable for relaxing and planning the next days activities. The location is wonderful and the views from the terrace are great! The staff at Glam@Paris was also very easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property.
This spacious apartment was very comfortable for a family with 3 teenagers. It was extremely quiet at night even though it is so close to the Champs Elysees, We greatly appreciated the washer and dryer and put them to good use during our stay! The terrace is amazing, we enjoyed coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night-the view is captivating!
This apartment is perfect is you plan to have an experience of Paris as you were living there with your family. We were a party of five and really loved it.
Apartment space is very cosy and well distribuited. Located about 2 blocks from Champs Elysee Avenue, and about 3 blocks from George V metro station. This area is very near from Arc de Triomphe, so you will enjoy boulangeries, restaurants, shopping, just a walking distance from the apartment.
The terrace is a bonus to enjoy snacks, dinner and a nice wine.
Support from the apartment administrators is excellent. They keep contact with you since the beginning and through your arrival, contract and payment is easy, and straightforward. Apartment was perfect cleaned and ready upon our arrival.
Checking out was as easy as leaving the keys over the table, closing the door and leaving.
My family & I (6 persons) stayed at this wonderful 3 bedroom apartment ( located in a 7 storey building with access by 2 elevators) in the heart of Paris city, just 100 metres away from the famed Champs Elysee. The street where the apartment is located, is halfway along Champs Elysee and was thus very convenient for us. There is a grocery store opposite the apartment building and a supermarket about 10 minutes away along Champs Elysee.
Food choices are aplenty with many restaurants and cafes located in the area. The Metro station, George V which is part of Line 1, is only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. We used the Metro a lot to go to the many points of interest in Paris.
The facilities/amenities in the apartment were complete and sufficient for our stay , which is described accurately in the property listing. The well equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) easily. All the 3 bedrooms are cosy. It was truly a home away from home experience. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It has a balcony near the kitchen with a woderful view of MontMarte, especially during the night time.
There is wifi connectivity, and my family and I were able to Facetime with our parents back home in Malaysia on a daily basis. In addition, local and international calls are free of charge.
You need not bring a lot of clothes as there is a washing machine and a dryer. Detergent is even supplied.
Dealing with Meghan O' Reilly, representative from Glamaparis, was easy and pleasant as she was responsive to all our queries before and prior the booking was made. If my family and I were to return to Paris again, we will definitely stay at this apartment.
We just returned from a fabulous week in Paris ( 2 parents with two 19 yr olds) and staying at this apartment was simply wonderful! It exceeded all our expectations in so many ways.
#1 LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION ! The apt is 1 1/2 blocks off the fabulous Champs Elysee, within wakind distance of the Arc du Triumph, Louis Vitton, H&M, Etc Etc , and the metro at George V just steps away. We chose to take taxis ( at our front door!) to enjoy the street scapes & sights to everywhere & anywhere we chose.
Two lovely & friendly grocery stores are just across the street as well as 2 pharmacies, numerous bistros & restaurants & cafe's.
#2 SPACE, SPACE, SPACE! We never anticipated so much airy & comfortable living space THIS close to the heart of Paris for such a VALUE.( You just can't get this close for this price in NYC!) 3 full bedrooms , each with comfy queen beds, 2 full ( and I mean AMERICAN FULL) sized bathrooms , along with another lovely half bath. PLUS HAIR DRYERS provided in each suited for the euro outlets!
The living room and dining area are spacious, modern & bright with a wall of sliding windows opening to the eat - on -terrace complete with a breathtaking view of Montmartre. All the technology the kids require is here too: WIFI, flat screen TV's (2), dvd player, Ipod ready speakers etc... And the oversized couch was perfect for crashing and snoozing for 2 exhausted teens after a full day in the city while parents enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace!
#3 MODERN, CLEAN & UP TO DATE! This apt has all the modern appliances and conveniences that American travelers are used to: Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, smooth cooktop, granite counters, tile backsplash, deep double sink, dish washer, micro wave, clothes washe & dryer, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, etc etc. Offering added convenience : coffee and filteres, sugar, salt & pepper, dish towels, shampoo, detergents for dished and for laundry are all provided.
Finally, I can't say enough about the genuine hospitality offered by the rental agent who personally worked with me to make this vacation as pleasant as possible, Cecile Postansque , of Glamaparis. She was so friendly, informative and attentive to all our needs. We will definitely enlist her help when we plan our next trip to Paris.
In summary, I honestly can't imagine a more perfect location and value for a vacation in Paris than 20 rue de Berrie!

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
The rent includes: long distance phone calls (free on landlines), wireless internet, hot water and electricity 24/7, cable TV (including international channels), household linens/towels/soap/shampoo. Final cleaning is included in the price.
