Situated right on the waterfront of the Grand Harbour Marina and enjoying uninterrupted views across to Senglea and right down the Marina to Fort St. Angelo from the lounge, master bedroom and the top bedroom balconies. Good local shops are on your doorstep, and two banks with ATM facilities are just up the road, whilst the Casino and fifteen restaurants to suit all tastes are within a few minutes stroll. Breakfast/Lunch in the courtyard or garden or BBQ there in the evening by lantern light. Entertainment is provided by satellite TV, DVD and CD players,Pool, table soccer, cards,dominoes, etc., and there are many paper backs available. The Three Cities are in our opinion the jewel in the crown of Malta. They have stood the test of time standing fast against the many invaders not least in playing a major part in the actions rewarded by the George Cross in WW2. This house which is around 300 years old was one of the few on the waterfront to have survived intact.

This is a unique property. Why ?

1) Easy access as it is on the waterfront not in a back alley, and the Marina views are uninterrupted..

2) It is a complete house not an apartment..

3) It has a Mediterranean walled garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs and a BBQ.

4) It has a private sun terrace on the roof..

5) It has a private garage space if required.

6) It has a private courtyard.

7) 10 minutes to the centre of Valletta by ferry.

It offers all the usual facilities, plus A/C, WiFi, Satellite TV.

It is a big house but sorry we do limit it to four guests at a time unless otherwise agreed.

On the bus route to Valletta or Marsascalla. Local shopping on your doorstep. Ferry 2 minutes walk.

We have enjoyed our stay in Malta very much. The weather was perfect for us! Your wonderful house had all we needed for a good holiday and we didn't miss anything. We used used the roof as well as the lovely garden, but the window in the living room with the view on the waterfront was the TOPS ! All people were helpful everywhere. We used the local buses to go to Maraxloxx, Tarxien, Blue Grotto, Mdina, Rabbat and Gozo. We will be back to Malta again !

Cospicua/Bormla together with Senglea/Isla and Vittoriosa/Birgu make up the Three Cities dating back to the 12th century. Later occupied by the Knights of St John in the 16th century. Here are to be found many heritage buildings including the Inquisitors Palace, many Auberges and the Maritime Museum. A Casino and more than twenty restaurants catering for all tastes are within easy walking distance. Water taxis, a ferry and plentiful buses are available to transport you to the capital Valletta from where you will be able to travel to all parts of the island. The airport is a ten minutes drive away. The nearest beach is at Rinella Bay which can be walked to in 20 min and the famous cannon is just up the road. sailing, diving, fishing, golf and tennis are all available close by. Nelson moored his flagship Victory and he was billeted here after helping the Maltese drive out the French. The narrow streets of the area provide atmosphere and charm. The Easter procession passes beneath our balconies.

Golf: Marsa 2 kilometres away. Ideal for the weekend golfer.

Payment required by Bank Transfer of 25% with booking and balance 14 days prior to arrival together with a security deposit of £200. Payment may be made to a UK bank in Sterling or if preferred a Malta bank in Euros at current exchange rate.
Notes Welcome pack, collection and drop off at airport included. 25% non returnable deposit with booking and balance two weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit of £200 required against damage/losses returnable within ten days of departure. Payments by Bank transfer.
