well located, but mould at the ceiling

In October our family stayed for two weeks at the appartment. The house is very well located: busses and metro nearby, 5 minutes walk to the beach, the interesting "ciudad de las artes y sciencias" not far away.
But one weekend we had rain. Travelling in October, rainy days are not that astonishing. But we had problems with the circumstance that the windows in the appartment didn't function as windows should do. Every rain meant water in the sleeping room in the first floor (!). Air inside the house was wet - at least there even were mould at the ceiling in the sleeping room (the owner really should proof the roof also).
The quality of the beds and the shower are very low standard. There aren't french beds as told in the description. They are uncomfortable and instabil. One of them even broke down! The shower is unbelievable narrow.
So our evaluation over the house is: it is very nice located, the interior and the kitchen devices are okay. The shower is terribly closely, the beds of bad quality and the mould at the ceiling not acceptable.
Owner's Response: In October last year there was torrential rain & flooding in Valencia which caused rain water to come through the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. This resulted in water staining to the ceiling rather than "mould". The roof has since been repaired and the house redecorated inside. Our apologies to this family, however we have little control over the weather.
The shower is small but is functional and can be clearly seen in the photograph, we are planning to build a larger shower tray.
The house is in a great location, close to the beach with easy acces to the city and the airport and most hollidaymakers have been very happy with their experience there.
