Santa Teresa Gallura is situated on the end of the northern coast of Sardinia (Italy), overlooking the Straits of Bonifacio, is the port where ferries daily connect Sardinia to Corsica (France), which is about 9 miles.
The town is easily accessible from the port and airport of Olbia, in less than an hour's drive, from the port of Porto Torres little more than ninety minutes and two hours from Alghero.
Santa Teresa Gallura is an ancient town in the heart of a deep bay overlooking the sea more beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. With its beautiful beaches with fine white sand, so much beauty is complemented by natural harbor with 800 berths.
Sightseeing boats depart daily from the port, in a few minutes to discover the beauty of the coasts of the islands of La Maddalena and Corsica.
There are several events throughout the summer period (festivals, carnivals), and in particular the last week of August in the country takes place the famous show 'Music on ports' with concerts in different parts of the country on the beach Rena Bianca to' dawn and dusk and in the nearby picturesque town of Capo Testa.
For lovers of hunting from mid-September and throughout the month of October opens the season of hunting partridge and wild boar.
