This El Coto townhouse is a very spacious, stylishly furnished property being ideal for families with young children wishing to enjoy a quiet break in a superb location. On entering the property the ground floor contains a small vestibule with a cloakroom/shower room situated on the right-hand side. Moving up a few steps the room opens up into a voluminous, fashionably furnished lounge/dining area with access to terrace, which in turn leads to the community garden and the large swimming pool which are for the exclusive use of El Coto residents. The superbly equipped kitchen is to be found off to the right hand side of the lounge with 1 twin bedroom also situated on this level. The first floor comprises the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and small balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, 2 twin bedrooms (one containing bunk beds) and a further shower room. A further stairway leads to the solarium with its panoramic views of La Manga Club and the surrounding area.

El Coto de Golf Community: El Coto Del Golf is a collection of 4 different styles of accommodation situated on the North Golf Course. The selection of 14 townhouses make up phase 2, with the properties sharing a community pool and gardens that form a secluded border with the golf course.

Although a car is a necessity here, this property is only a couple of minutes drive from the Las Lomas Village, the La Manga Club Hotel and the Las Sabinas commercial areas, either destination providing restaurants, cafes and bars.

La Manga Club Resort is located on the portion of the south-eastern coast-line named the Costa Calida, the Warm Coast. The general climate of the Murcia Region is predominately in the 'sunshine' section of the barometer making the Resort ideal for both summer and winter breaks.

The nearest large town, Cartagena, is an easy 20 min drive away with the regional city of Murcia only a further 20 min along the motorway.

Away from the bustling cities the local area boasts access to both the wide expanse of the Mediterranean and the calmer, enclosed waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar de Cristal beach in particular is very welcoming for families as the water is generally very tranquil and warm, shallow enough for children of all ages and is only 10 min drive away.

The village of Cabo de Palos, one of a few within easy reach offers a variety of small restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a picturesque harbour and lighthouse, it is also home to a very popular Sunday market.
