The terrace has nice stunning sea and Formentera island views. Living area has a sofa bed, dining table and access to a spaicous terrace with beaurtiful views to the sea..TV and DVD player. Fully air conditioned.

Unlimited and free Wi.-Fi. Private gardens and 2 swimming pools with sunbeds and private access to the beach.

Within easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and of course Space, Ushüaia and Bora Bora,. Supermarket at 50 meters distance.

Nice and neat apartment in great location

The flat is very well located in a quiet street off playa d'en bossa, but still few blocks away from the noisy bars and clubs.
It is good size, perfect for 4/5 people. It is equipped with anything you could need during your holiday and if you would like something specific, Claudia will do her best to provide you with it. I requested an ipod docking, which was promptly provided to us.
It was definitely good value for money.
Having stayed a week, with the hindsight I would have asked for cleaning mid-week, but otherwise my friends and I were very happy with the apartment and Claudia's assistance.

The great thing about this apartment is its location. It is located on a very quiet residential street in Playa d'en Bossa just a couple of minutes away from a supermarket, gym, bank, and just a few meters away from the beach. It is just 10 minutes away by bus from Ibiza town and just 10 minutes away by cab from the airport. It is less than 10 minutes away walking from the main clubs and bars in Playa d'en Bossa. I will definitely try to book this apartment again in the future!

This was my second visit to Ibiza and was glad to choose this apartment.

It is spacious, clean, and most importantly, in a great location.

The apartment is located in Playa d'en Bossa just meters away from the beach. Within 2 minutes walk you have access to a grocery store, gym, and bank. Outside the apartment there are several restaurants and a bus stop that will take you to Ibiza Town in 10 minutes. The airport is just a 10 minute journey away by cab (it costs around 10-12 euros).

The best thing about this apartment is that despite being centrally located, it's located on a quiet residential street. You are close to everything including several big clubs in Playa d'en Bossa but at the same time you do not have any street noise. I will definitely book this apartment again the next time I return to Ibiza!

The apartment was amazing. We spent 4 days there and no problem with the unit or the neigborhood at all. Claudia was very helpful in every step. I will definitely book this unit for the next time.

Great Place Close to Main Playa Den Bossa Area

Stayed here for four nights with two friends but can definitely sleep 6 if needed (two in the living room).

Place was clean, the pool was right on the beach and really quiet so you can easily relax there during the day.

Walking distance from Space, Bora Bora (15 minutes for both) and other areas in the main Playa Den Bossa side.

Definitely would stay here again.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car

Playa den Bossa (Bossa Beach) is the largest beach in Ibiza. This area has all you need for a perfect beach holiday, shops, bars, restaurants, water park and not forgetting Space and Bora Bora, all within easy walking distance. The vibrant Ibiza town is 10 minutes away by car or ferry. Just along the shore ferries run throughout the day taking you to other beautiful beaches close by such as Es Cavallet and a trip to Ibiza's sister island Formentera is highly recommended. The airport is also only 10 minutes away.

  • To confirm the reservation a 25% of the total rental amount is required by bank transfer in € and the outstanding 75% is required in cash in € on arrival together with a breakages deposit of € 600 EUR or £ 500 GBP or $ 800 USD also in cash which is refundable after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment when you leave the apartment.
    Payment by credit card or PayPal is not accepted.
    In case you have to check in between 09:00 pm and 01:00 am and/or check out between 05:00 am and 07:30 am you will have an extra charge of € 50.
    Check in or out between 01:00 am and 05:00 am will have an extra charge of € 100.
    Changeover day is flexible.
    If the apartment is booked the day before or after, check in will be after 02:00 pm and check out before 10.00 am.
  • All rates are expressed in €.
    The rental payment will be only accepted in € and other currencies ( £ or $) will be only accepted for the breakages deposit.
    For bookings of less than a week rates will be calculated by day rates as it follows:
    - From Tuesday to Thursday nights the price will be midweek nightly rate.
    - From Friday to Monday nights the price will be weekend nightly rate.
    Rates for extra night are shown for bookings more than a week.
    For bookings more than two weeks ask for special discount.
  • IMPORTANT LEGAL ADVICE:
    The rental will be just only a seasonal lease agreement between two parties, the owner and the tenant.
