Photos and Description of the Campanet vacation house rental 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 5/6

The house which is situated at the edge of the village has recently been restored in the Mallorcan style. There is a courtyard garden with a fountain and also a roof terrace. Just a short walk away is the village square, with it's beautiful church, local bars and shops and a Tuesday market selling local produce. There is also a beautiful communal swimming pool and tennis courts within a 10 minute walk away. It is within easy reach of the sea, the famous mountain walks and the historic city of Palma. The house has two double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and one bathroom upstairs. There is an additional bedroom downstairs leading to a shower room. The living room, which has a large fireplace and a dining table for six to eight people, leads on to a well equipped kitchen. This in turn has French doors into a large outside dining room, which looks onto the garden and a magnificent view of the mountains. There is a weekly maid service and linen is provided (except beach towels)

The house offers easy access to the Pollensa Golf Club, beaches and mountain walks. It is approximately 40 kilometres from Palma airport.

Everything it promised to be..

It has been a delight to return to Campanet & spend some winter days at this lovely house, having last visited in the heat of July last year.
The property is in immediate reach of a magnificent, albeit somewhat unsung, part of Mallorca. The combination of mountains, fabulous coastline & stunning beaches with interesting towns scattered about, makes an excellent holiday destination with very easy access to Palma airport. A car is a must though.

The house which has been tastefully and authentically restored is very comfy, particularly the bedrooms. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden and patio area invite you to enjoy your meals 'al fresco' at any time of day.

There are spectacular views from upstairs and the proximity of the property to the centre of the small, untouristy town makes a pleasant walk to get bread and milk for breakfast.

The house feels homely with a good stock of paperback books about Spain and the island plus some games.

We have never been back to a rented holiday house before until stumbling upon this gem which we revisited after just 7 months.

Susan will talk happily on the phone to answer queries, ensuring that you learn all you wish to know about the house and the island. I have always felt that she is as keen for us to enjoy it as we are to have a good time.

We have enjoyed two marvellous holidays here and have recommended it to several friends. I hope you enjoy it too should you decide this is for you.

the perfect retreat

Just returned from a glorious holiday in this beautiful and peaceful cottage.Susan has decorated it to a very high standard and there is everything that you could possibly wish for to make your stay a wonderful one.The little town is lovely and we spent many happy hours in the square at one of the bars.Campanet is a great base for Alcudia,Pollensa,Lluc,Inca,and is only 45 minutes from Palma.The locals are very friendly and made us feel very welcome.Susan's notes on good places to eat were most accurate and there is a wealth of information and guide books in the cottage.
All the rooms are beautifully decorated and the outside eating and sitting areas are wonderful.Susan herself,is a lovely host and did everything she possibly could to make us feel at home.
I truly recommend this cottage to you.We will be returning.
