Don’t mistake rentals you see in “Ft Myers” with those in “Ft Myers Beach” they are two different towns. You will have at least a 20 minute drive to the beaches if you stay in Ft Myers. At Bella Lago you can see the Gulf of Mexico from the front door! Your stay at our spacious 2 bed 2 bath & Den Luxury apartment will cost you no more than a moderate hotel room on the Island. Bella Lago was completed in April 2006. It is our second home and we hope you will appreciate it as much as we do. We worked in conjunction with a local interior designer to hand pick all the furniture and fittings to create that special “Wow” factor when you walk in the door. All rooms have cable TV (4 in total) including a 42” plasma screen & DVD player located in the lounge area. The Master Bedroom has a large on-suite bathroom with his & hers sinks and a fully tiled walk-in shower with seating area. There is also your own private laundry. There is a second family bathroom.

The condo is located on the quite south end of Estero Island just minutes from Lovers Key State Park, and only a short drive to J. N. 'Ding' Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island. Other attractions near by include - Swimming, Boating, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Fishing (Deep Sea & back waters) Dolphin & Manatee watching tours. Times Square a few miles to the North on the Island and is host to many more shops & restaurants and the public pier. Most evenings you will find street acts entertaining the tourists at sunset just like those of Mallory Square in Key West. Here you can watch the entertainment while enjoying a cool drink or even 'Just made' speciality fudge and ice cream from the local store. What more could you ask for?

The property is located across the street from the Beach adjacent to both a Mariner (with a large selection of watercraft rentals) and a public 18 hole executive Golf Course (Par 60). There are numerous Shops, Bars and Great Restaurants located within minutes walk and drive. Renters also have access to a private fishing pier in the back bay plus 2 tennis courts just down the street (Subject to change without notice) The apartment also has the benefit of secured parking accessed by electronic gates.

*** Most important of all we have an agent just down the street (200 meters) to assist all our guests whenever necessary ***

We had to find a place to stay at the last minute when our previous accommodations fell through. I stumbled upon this website and saw this property. It happened to be available when we needed it and we were blown away with our good fortune with this find! The pictures are very nice, but it is even better in person! It's definitely a classy, upscale, yet comfortable place. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, the beds are extremely comfortable and this unit was positioned perfectly compared to others in the building. It was located next door to the community room, which is where the grill is available, the exercise room is there and the community room overlooks the swimming pool. It is another beautifully decorated unit, which may be used for entertaining. Other units in this building would not have such easy accessibility to these ammenities, since this unit is next door!

The beach is not within view from the unit, but this property is worth the short walk to it. It's only across the street and down a path to get the view you see in the photos. I saw other condos there and this one was by far the nicest.

We are thrilled to have had such a great experience there!

Excellent appartment.spacious.very well maintained.spotless.good location both for site seeing or/and relaxing.Car essential for siteseeing Gorgeous beach over the road.Definately a beach lovers holiday.Good shops/supermarket all within easy reach.We saw a variety of birds,ibis,eagle.Dolphins and manatee whilst sitting on a beach in the nearby state park.lovely places to walk.We stayed my husband and I and two teenagers aged 17 and 15 and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.Whilst there we drove to miami,the everglades,sanibel and captiva islands,water park at cape coral,naples.Boat trip in Naples and saw dolphins.Visited a shopping Mall in Naples and another close to fort Myers City.Relaxed on nearby beaches and swimming pool.Fort Myers City was a dissappointment.In gfact we ran out of time could have easily stayed another week.

My husband & I stayed here for our Christmas Break (10 days). The apartment is georgous and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Could not fault anything. We have rented apartments in Florida over many years and this was the best by far. Brilliant!
