Kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. TV and Video and limited satellite channels. Wood burner in lounge. Large fully enclosed garden, ample parking. Available for weekly rentals during school holidays and Christmas. Weekly, long weekends and midweek rentals available at other times throughout the year. Additional information about rental rates

  • LONG WEEKENDS AND MID WEEK BREAKS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE HIGH AND MID HIGH SEASONS.
    Payment: Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full and in advance of occupation of the property. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday starts we require a non refundable deposit of £150. Any additional monies paid will be refunded in full if the reservation is canceled more than 4 weeks prior to the holiday. For any cancellations with lass than 4 weeks notice, we will attempt to rehire the property. If this is achieved then refund will be given less admin charge (5%). Short breaks must be paid for in full when being booked. A refundable £100 security deposit will also be requested with the booking. FULL BOOKING CONDITIONS WILL BE SENT TO YOU WITH YOUR BOOKING FORM which outline deposit and security deposit conditions.

    PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CHEQUE DRAWN ON UK BANK IN STERLING OR VIA PAYPAL.

    PAYPAL MAY ATTRACT 3.5% CHARGE
  • Damage / Extra cleaning: All bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left in the same state of repair, order and cleanliness both inside and outside as at the start of the holiday, should you not have time to leave the house as you found it, there will be an additional charge of £65. Lost keys will incur a charge of £35. It is agreed that the person who made the booking will pay for breakage and / or damage and cleaning if so required. All breakages should be reported to the owners or the owners agent and minor damage should be noted in writing at the termination of the stay.
  • Availability: The Hiring Contract is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events arising out of the control of the agents or owners, then they may be forced to cancel the booking. The hirer will be advised of any such circumstances as early as possible, and will be refunded all monies paid in full with the Hirer having no further claim against the agents or the owner.

The description was correct.The house was clean and better equiped then i have seen before. If one of my friends will go in this area ,i will recommend this property. its a nice area for walking and sightseeing,but have "english" weather.
