  • The price includes: Fully equipped accommodation, all taxes associated to the house (VAT, local taxes, community taxes or tourism taxes), linen (sheets and towels), water, electricity and maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and gardens, welcome pack with tourist information of the area.

    The price does not include: Final cleaning, air conditioning if applicable, additional beds, cots, high chairs, extra cleaning services, admission of pets, administration expenses and cancellation insurance, which is optional but strongly recommended.
  • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer or cash.
    1st payment, 30% at confirmation of booking
    2nd payment, 50% 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival
    3rd payment, 20% in cash on handing over of keys
    If you are making a booking 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival, payments will be 50% at confirmation and 50% in cash upon hand over of keys.
  • The rental booking can be formalised in writing, by telephone, by fax, by email or online via our secure website.
