HOLIDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO HIGHER RATE

This is a 1800 sq ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath, BEACHFRONT Condo with a very nice view of the beach. It will accommodate up to 8 people. Master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath, cable TV, and access to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third has 2 twins. Living room is nicely furnished with cable TV, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and a dining room table. Home also has central air and heat, and a washer and dryer. PLEASE NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

Resort amenities include navigable lagoons for canoeing and kayaking, a bayside pool club for swimming and sunning, and several parks and pavilions for relaxing. All that plus a spectacular Gulf front beach club with infinity edge pool, well-equipped fitness center, and a bar and grill serving casual seasonal fare. Connecting these amenity centers are miles of paved resort trails perfect for biking, strolling or electric carts. Our guests may use these amenities, however there is a $15.00 charge per day for the use of the beach club and pool. Fee can be paid at the beach club. Turnday: Any. Amenities: PRIVATE DUNE WALK-OVER, CABLE/SATELLITE ACCESS, ELEVATOR, LINENS PROVIDED, PETS ALLOWED, VCR/DVD, COMMUNITY POOL, TV.
