Spent a lovely week here with my hubby. Gorgeous cottage next to lovely old pub. Made to feel very welcome. Walking distance of two beautiful beaches. Great location for driving to other stunning beaches and pretty villages. Couldn't have been more perfect!

  • 5 of 5

On the reccomendation of a friend booked this cozy cottage in this beautiful Village on a last minute whim. How glad we did. Had a fantastic VFM 4 day break here. Everything we expected and more was provided at very short notice by the courteous owners and their very helpful caretaker. Would definitely recommend this lovely Cottage and their owners to anyone looking for somewhere to stay

Beautiful cottage in perfect settings

  • 5 of 5

When we arrived we were all impressed on how clean the cottage was, the open fire was very welcoming. We were situated a short car drive from some beautiful places of interest to visit. The local pub served a good range of meals.everything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable was supplied, I would without doubt recommend The Hundreth Cottage to all my family and friends. A big THANK YOU to the owner and management for making our stay pure bliss,

Excellent cottage

Cottage in a very good position for walking or using the car, not so happy with the narrow roads. For a holiday let this property is well presented, very clean, nice and warm and very comfortable, it is a credit to the local lady who manages it.

The South Hams.... England's finest area!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful short break and even had friends for an overnight stay.

The cottage was spic and span on arrival, and had all the quaint charm I hoped for . We were lucky with the weather, but when turned chilly, the storage heaters were just right to keep things cosy. There is all you need in the cottage for a break from reality. I was definitely transported to chilled idyllic life without pressure, even if just for a few days. This part of Devon would be my dream area to retire to one day.

Everything about this break was as portrayed in the description and photos from the owner.

The beaches are all phenomenal and strikingly different to each other. All information was found in the book left by the owner. The scenery makes me wish I was an artist and our friends are going to book this very cottage for a break with their own family.. We too plan to book ' Old Hundredth' again for sure.

A Perfect getaway. The jewel in the crown.

I have to thank the reviewers on here for leading me to this idylic cottage. I read a review that had enticed my partner and I to book this cottage. The owner was friendly and helpful with a fantastic knowledge of the area. The cottage was just as we had imagined and was clean and tidy. The area was amazing, and we hope to return one day .
