Newly constructed 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath BEACHFRONT home that will accommodate up to people. Master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and access to the deck and a TV. Second bedroom has a queen with a private bath. And the third has a daybed with trundle plus a private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and a coffee pot. All the appliances are brand new. The living room is very cozy with comfortable sofas, cable TV, and a DVD player. The home has central air and heat and a washer and dryer.

Resort amenities include navigable lagoons for canoeing and kayaking, a bayside pool club for swimming and sunning, and several parks and pavilions for relaxing. All that plus a spectacular Gulf front beach club with infinity edge pool, well-equipped fitness center, and a bar and grill serving casual seasonal fare. Connecting these amenity centers are miles of paved resort trails perfect for biking, strolling or electric carts. Our guests may use these amenities, however there is a $15.00 charge per day for the use of the beach club and pool. Fee can be paid at the beach club. Turnday: Any.
