Located a short 10 minute stroll away from Calis beach with its array of restaurants, shops and bars, Palm Beach is an exclusive complex of private self-catering apartments with a shared large pool and large well tended garden. It boasts great views of the surrounding mountains and only 5 kilometres away, by regular local bus service or scenic ferry ride across the lagoon is the picturesque harbour town of Fethiye, which is ideal for shopping or taking a boat trip from its marina. Calis is an excellent base from which to explore the many wonders of Turkey. Our apartment is furnished in a contemporary style. The accommodation comprises a living/dining room with open plan kitchen, master bedroom with double bed, twin bedroom and modern bathroom. The living room has two double sofa beds. Air conditioning is fitted in the bedrooms. The living room has patio doors which lead out to the terrace, ideal for alfresco dining.

Local Activities: Diving, Fishing, Paragliding, Sailing, Swimming, Trekking, Jeep safari, Aqua-park, Water sports, Horse Riding, and historical Sightseeing Tours. Markets: The Tuesday market in Fethiye is one of the largest in Europe, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of an authentic Turkish bazaar. Calis has a famous Sunday market. Food: Wonderful fresh organic fruit and veg (best sampled/bought from the markets) at very reasonable prices. Good supermarkets in Fethiye for meat and essentials. Local Calis supermarkets within short walk of apartment. Local transport: The Dolmus buses - very frequent, very cheap!

  • Payment Terms: £100 per week non-refundable deposit payable immediately, the balance becoming due 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required for all bookings made within 8 weeks of departure. Our local representative arranges cleaning of the apartment prior to and following your visit. This is included in the rental fee. If you require an additional mid holiday clean it will cost £20 payable to the owner along with the balance for the apartment.

Notes: All bedrooms have air conditioning units, which heat as well as cool. All windows and doors are double glazed and have mosquito nets. Water is heated either using solar panels or hot water boiler. Apartment is suitable for children. No smoking in the apartment please. We can arrange private transfer from Dalaman airport for you at a cost of £80 rtn. We can also arrange car rental for you if required. Our property manager, provides a 24hr / 7 day contact phone number for use should you need any help or assistance during your holiday. She will also meet you at Palm Beach at the start of your holiday and give you useful information about the property and surrounding area such as location of nearest bus, local shops, info on Calis / Fethiye etc. The freshwater swimming pool is available to use from the start of May to the end of October every year. An information folder is provided in the apartment including restaurant & bar recommendations & info on other interesting activities.

Calis and Fethiye: Calis (pronounced Chalish) is a delightful place to stay and is an ideal destination for families, friends and couples of all ages. The beach resort has stunning views (and spectacular sunsets) across the bay to Savalye Island and Fethiye. Along the seafront there is a tree lined pedestrianised boulevard where there are many restaurants and bars. Calis has numerous activities available including water skiing, water surfing and a scuba school. Calis also has its own Aqua Fun Park. The harbour town of Fethiye is a short water taxi (best way to arrive in Fethiye) or bus ride away. Fethiye is a pretty harbour town with fantastic fish restaurants, traditional harbour markets, quaint back streets, a wide variety of shops and friendly bars.

Local Transport: The Dolmus are the local buses which run from early in the morning to around midnight from Chalis to Fethiye and Oludeniz. Very easy to use, very frequent and very cheap! Just put your hand out and jump aboard. The Water Taxi from Chalis to Fethiye takes around 30minutes and brings you straight to the harbour – this is the most pleasant trip and a very relaxing journey.
