Notes: The bright open plan living area benefits from two French doors leading out onto two separate balconies. Furnished to a high standard with a black and grey leather sofa with co-ordinating cushions and 2 glass coffee tables. A console table supports a 42-inch LCD screen with cable TV (English news channels). The American kitchen benefits from a dishwasher, a built-in oven, built-in fridge freezer, electric four-ring hob and extractor fan, kettle, toaster, and stainless sink. It also has a microwave. All necessary utensils are provided to cook a family meal. A large extendable rectangular glass dining table with seating for four gives you inside dining options - though we think most light meals might be taken on the sunny balcony.
