Sleeps 5. 3 bedroom cheery holiday cottage with spectacular views out across Loch Leven and the surrounding hills. All on one level with sun room leading to pretty, enclosed garden. Plenty to do and see locally, but only 5 miles from the M90 so ideal for travel and exploring further afield. Private parking.

Cottage is very cosy in winter but bright and cheery in summer. Sun room, well-equipped kitchen and cosy lounge with open fire all look out to wonderful view over the loch and surrounding fields and hills. Next door to farm. Pretty, enclosed garden with sheltered patio and garden furniture. Private parking.

Lots of lovely walks close by - a new path/cycle path runs round the loch, RSPB Vane Farm is at the south end of the loch and there are a couple of excellent farm shops to stop at for snacks/meals. You can see Castle Island from the cottage. Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned here and there are boat trips out to it in the summer. Great picnic spot.
