Secluded condos, ea. 2050 sq.ft, Sleep 6. Close to NASA, golf, fishing & beaches

Choice of 2 luxury direct waterfront units, one ground floor, one 1st floor on the banks of the Banana River lagoon. Each is 2,050 square feet; clean, bright and modern end units.

Built in 2005 they are in a complex of only 15 and have spectacular lagoon & sunset views.

There is a private dock to fish from, residents' pool to swim in and a white sandy beach just a short walk away.

The kitchens are fully equipped and have granite worktops.

There is a separate laundry room to each, both with full-sized washer and dryer, also with iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Both living rooms have a 50” HD cable TV with DVD player and the master bedrooms have 32” cable TVs. There is also free, high speed wireless internet.

The master bedroom suites each have extra large King size beds.

We pride ourselves in keeping these units in immaculate condition. Our no-pet and no-smoking policy helps us offer this pristine vacation accommodation.

The nearest restaurants and bars are but a few minutes walk away and the beach is 7-10 minutes further on.

Manatee Park is a 3 minute drive away and has a 1/2 mile life trail with wellness centres (fitness circuit), observation areas for the manatees, picnic areas and much more.

Port Canaveral is a 5 minute drive where there are many restaurants and where the cruise ships leave from. Go to one of the tiki bars right by the water's edge on a Sunday and see the ships file out, one by one - it is awe inspiring!

Jetty park is a 5 minute drive away with a 1200 foot fishing pier, tackle & bait shop, beautiful clean beach and play and picnic areas.

Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon's, the world famous surf shop are also only 5 minutes away.

Kennedy Space Centre is 25 minutes away where soon the Space Shuttle Atlantis will be on display.

Orlando and the theme parks are 50 minutes away.

Jetty park is a 5 minute drive away with a 1200 foot fishing pier, tackle & bait shop, beautiful clean beach and play and picnic areas.

This 1st floor (upstairs) unit also boasts spectacular lagoon & sunset views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom suite. Access is via elevator or by secure staircase, 1 floor. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, side-by-side refrigerator with ice-maker and water dispenser, microwave, fan-assisted oven, 5-ring cooktop, dishwasher, sink waste disposal and large pantry cupboard. Worktop appliances include kettle, toaster, coffee maker, can opener and juicer. There is a separate, formal dining room with extending dining table that seats up to 8 (not pictured), as well as the breakfast area. The living room has top quality leather sofas, coffee and end tables. Sliding doors lead from the living room and master bedroom to the large balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. There is a trash chute. About Sue & Stewart

Stewart & I live near London and are British. We bought our first condo in Florida in 2010. While Stewart is a retired Business Analyst, I still have business commitments and, although we initially bought the unit solely for our own use, we soon decided that we should rent it, especially as at the moment we cannot be there for too many extended visits.

We have been totally struck with the beautiful setting of the complex and so as soon as another unit came up, we bought it!

We have rented many properties ourselves and have sometimes been quite disappointed in the standard to which they have been looked after and presented; both our units are maintained to a high standard and we have furnished and equipped them so as to be sure of your absolute satisfaction. This also means that when we stay ourselves, we feel right at home. They are also professionally cleaned after every occupation whether it has been yours or ours.

As you will see from our reviews, we pride ourselves in caring for our guests and do our best to accommodate your every need. We pay attention to the smaller things that other owners do not and take good care of our properties, as we expect you will.

We like to think that we make your stay in Florida as 'one of the family' and not as a stranger! It is in this spirit that we enter into our rental with you in the hope that you will reciprocate our trust.

Why Sue & Stewart chose Cocoa Beach

After several visits to Florida, we chose to buy on the East coast for a number of reasons.

We are of an age now where we don’t have young children (but the grandchildren are on the way) and prefer a more sedate lifestyle. We tried Tampa but settled for near Cocoa Beach because of it not being overly commercialised yet nearer to Orlando where we often visit. Our lifeguard attended beach is also the nearest one to Orlando (and the theme parks) and our weather seems to be better – cooler than inland in the summer and we seem to get clearer skies too. Miami is not that far away either and recently, the East coast was not affected at all by the Gulf oil disaster.

We intend to cruise as well so being right by the cruise ship terminals is great (only 5 mins away). Even if you don’t cruise, it is quite a spectacle to sit in one of the many waterside bars or restaurants at the Port and watch the cruise ships come and go; they come so close you can almost touch them!

Being near the Kennedy Space Centre (NASA) is also a bonus as although you can only see a Space Shuttle on the ground now, there are still many rocket launches which we love to watch from the beach.

We have the best of both worlds in our complex: on the one hand we have the tranquillity of being right on the waterfront (where the sunsets are just amazing), yet only minutes away from the beach. There is plenty going on around and about such as surfing competitions (we watch from the Pier), art festivals (in downtown Cocoa Beach), the Friday festival once a month (that we walk to), the annual air show (based at the nearby Patrick US Air Force base) and power boat display, not to mention the many top quality restaurants etc. There are also other attractions like sea fishing, day-cruises, go-carting and mini-golf but we leave all that to the youngsters!

All-in-all our area ticks all the boxes – perfect for all ages!

Beautiful condo on Banana River

When we first opened the door to the condo, we couldn’t believe the size of the unit. It is very spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. It is well equipped, it has everything you could possibly need. The view of the Banana River is very impressive and the sunsets are gorgeous. We even saw dolphins swim by on more than one occasion. The owners were very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us. We enjoyed long walks on the beach going South to Cocoa Beach Pier and North to Cape Canaveral Port & Jetty Park. There are also many golf courses to choose from, we played Cocoa Beach Country Club, the Savannahs and Viera East. If we decide to visit that region again next year, we would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

New Year in Cocoa Beach!!

We stayed in this wonderful condo with our 2 daughters in January 2013 and certainly hope to return sometime in the future.
As soon as we arrived we were impressed with it's spaciousness and the quality of the fixtures and furnishings. I particularly liked the enormous walk-in closets in each bedroom and tons of drawer space! The property was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and spare linen (even some pool/beach towels).
The kitchen and laundry room were exceptionally well appointed with every thing you could need (and more).
The separate large dining room with it's sliding glass doors was an ideal space for my daughter to set up a quiet study area for revision for her University exams. The WiFi was invaluable for this too.
The owners had thought of every possible query and left a file of useful information including all the appliance and aircon instructions, lots of maps and leaflets detailing interesting places to visit, taxi numbers, restaurant and takeaway/delivery menus (including money-off coupons). There was even a spare battery for the garage remote control!!
It's in a beautiful location overlooking the lagoon - so tranquil - and you never tire of watching those wonderful sunsets. We were lucky to have beautiful weather in January and often sat by the pool or on the jetty. We even saw a couple of dolphins jumping past on several days - usually in the late afternoon.
We would recommend Milliken's Reef restaurant and bar at Port Canaveral for a special occasion - the owner had suggested it for New Year's Eve and even kindly booked a table for us. We watched a vast cruise ship depart from the port at about 10pm which was an amazing sight!
We visited Cocoa Beach (and Pier) several times which we would recommend; all the beaches have beautiful white sand, too.
This condo really does deserve 5 stars in every respect!

Beautiful condo and amazing views

Wow!  What a fantastic condo!!  We chose Florida as it was the most convenient place on the planet for our reunion and we were so glad we chose this apartment.  It is very large, clean and modern; all the bedrooms are a very good size with ample hanging space and closets.  Bathrooms were spotless and well equipped.  Everything worked and you can see the owners take care in maintaining it.  The living area was very comfortable with views over the lagoon from everywhere and into the distance, too.  We loved the furnishings, beautifully presented and well thought out and all the appliances and equipment you could wish for in the kitchen.  Plenty of towels in the bathrooms and some beach towels, too.
The owners were brilliant.  Before we even arrived we received a very helpful information pack and soon after we got there they checked we were OK then that was it!  We were left in peace for the rest of our stay except for one interruption to forewarn us of approaching bad weather which we were very grateful for.  Then, just before we left, a timely email arrived with a reminder on where to leave the key etc.  We could not have wished for better yet unobtrusive support from them.
This part of Florida is lovely.  Loads to do if you want to but we were there to relax and take in the sun which was easy by the pool or just sitting on the dock with a glass of wine watching my brother fish; he caught a huge Redfish which we had for dinner!  The sunsets were just unbelievable!  The beach is simply idyllic with lots of golden sand, gently sloping into the water and safe for children.  Not at all busy, either.
All in all this place suited us perfectly in every way and we intend to return every year.  We highly recommend it.

Nearest Airport : Orlando International Airport at 45 Miles.

Perfectly located in between the famous Cocoa Beach Pier and just south of Port Canaveral cruise terminal. With the river directly in front of you and the white sandy beach only a short, flat walk away this is an ideal location to get away from it all and relax in peace. Fishing (sea and lagoon), golf courses, restaurants, places to shop, surf and much more are nearby or just read a book in the seclusion of the residents' pool, overlooking the lagoon. You are a little over 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Centre and only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport and all the excitements of the Disney, Seaworld and Universal attractions.

Other Activities: surfing, beach combing, kite surfing, jet skiing, life trail with wellness centres

Golf: Both the Cocoa Beach Country Club and Savannah's golf courses are within easy reach.

The Cocoa Beach Country Club comprises 3 x 9 hole courses that can be played in any combination or one at a time
