Graded '4 Clevacances'. Bright and spacious, nicely decorated 2 bedroom flat , 7 minutes by train to central Paris (Gare St Lazare). The flat has just been completely refurbished to a high specification. On the 5th floor of a 6-storey 1930 Parisian building with lift, between the touristic site of la Grande Arche de Paris La Defense and Paris. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer, 4 ring induction hob, micro wave, oven, coffee-maker, kettle, Nespresso, toaster... The sofa bed in the sun-filled living room sleeps two. There is also a dining table for 6, TV with satellite, radio, CD DVD player, Internet, land line phone, iron and ironing table . The two bedrooms are equipped with twin beds which can be put aside to make a double bed . Bathroom with bath, sink and WC. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 5 min. walk from the train station (Bécon les Bruyères). All shops within walking distance. Ideal on holiday/business.

25% booking deposit payable within 7 days of booking. The balance is payable one month prior to arrival . A refundable security deposit of Euro 400 is payable on arrival. The security deposit less any loss or breakage costs will be refunded at the end of the rental period.
