This superb, brand new, 2 bedroom apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. The lounge a large LCD TV and DVD player and an extremely comfortable 3 piece suite. It also has glass sliding doors on two sides leading to an 'L' shaped terrace. The terrace has an outdoor lounge seating area, dining for 6 people, sun loungers and a day bed. There are 2 bathrooms, both with power showers and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. They include a ceramic hob cooker, oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full dining service and cutlery. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 singles. Both rooms have plenty of storage and a supply of clean bed linen and towels is provided. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is an intercom entry system. The apartments are set in a lovely 'Miami' style garden complete with pool. The shops bars and restaurants of the Dalt Vila and Ibiza town centre are about 15 to 20 minutes away by foot. The walk there is delightful along the Marina. For those that may be interested, the world famous Pacha nightclub is only about 5 minutes walk away.
