This unique beachfront property, situated adjacent to the Smyrna Dunes State Park on the northernmost tip of the peninsula, offers ocean to river views. This is a brand new unit that is tastefully decorated. The master suite has a king-size mattress. The second bedroom has a queen. The third bedroom has a daybed. Both the king and queen are Serta Perfect Sleeper pillow tops. The Minorca Beach Resort is a quiet community with opportunities for hiking, biking, birding, and fishing just steps from your door. This unit was completed in June 2005.

This resort includes a beach and river pavilion with BBQ grills and tables for the use of guests. The River Pavilion has a private dock for fishing the intercoastal river. Dolphins are frequently spotted in this river, as well as manatees.

Minorca also has a casino-style clubhouse with fitness center, sauna, kitchen with bar,billiards, and social room. Tennis center with four Har-Tru tennis courts. Heated pool and spa.
