VILLA CON (4 bedrooms)

Very original house with a modern design in Pueblo Acantilado. The large swimming pool of 16 mt. opens in front of the entrance terrace. The bedrooms and the living room are designed with a very modern, original and elegant touch, with the kitchen incorporated in the living room.

From all the windows you enjoy a stunning sea and mountain view all over the Alicante gulf. The site is quiet and residential.

He area is served with a very good bus service, which does a lap of the bay every hour from the supermarket down to the beach and tram. The bus passes to Campello three times per day. The tram(500m) is a great way of getting around, it is easy to use, running every hour during the summer months during the day and night going to Campello, San Juan and Alicante and in the other direction Vila Joyosa and Benidorm, it is also a good way to see the coastline, that you may miss in a car.

Great variety of restaurants that specialise in fresh fish and 'tapas'. Local festivities in July and activities that a sea village can offer (ship renting, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, etc)

International Casino at Alicante Port (35 km), internationally famous places to visit within km radius (Elche, Guadalest, Alicante, Orihuela, Benidorm etc). 5 golf courses within 25 km,

Good winter weather, perfect place for golfers (just 28 km south of Benidorm), average temperature 18º C. during the day (November to April), hot sunny days in the summer during beach season. Historical cities near by (Alicante, Elche, Orihuela etc), stunning party nights in Benidorm and Alicante, contrasting with the quiet and tranquillity of the Villa.

Daily or weekly street markets and stunning festivals all over the year (moor and Christian festivals, processions etc.
