Tamarindo Condo Rental Photos and Description
Town Home, Villa, 2 Master Bedrooms , 2 Master Baths
Our beautiful condo located on the first floor by the banyan tree and the pool. The condo is professionally furnished and appointed, richly finished in granite, stone and teak. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and serving. There is a large gas BBQ in the kitchen atrium. All linens, towels, and maid service are provided. This is a premium condo located in the best part of Tamarindo, Playa Langosta.
We are just a short minute walk to the beach down a tree lined park path. Our beach opens to tide pools with mild surf. A five minute walk to the south brings you to the estuary where the big waves break. Five minutes by car and you are at the beginner surfers beach at Playa Tamarindo.
The Playa Langosta Beach area is the southern part of Tamarindo. It's pretty quiet in Langosta but close enough to Tamarindo beach to be convenient.
This is a nice area with many multi-million dollar homes in the area. There are stores and shops nearby for all you needs. This is not the tourist trap area of Tamarindo. It's just really nice.
The patio opens directly to the pool and the banyan tree that our complex was built around. The pool is 100 feet long, great for laps or just an easy swim. The fourth floor sundeck has sweeping views of the ocean, hills and the town of Tamarindo.
The condo sleeps six comfortably with two master bedrooms and bathrooms.
Every outdoor sport is available. Surfing, kayaking, atving, zip line, rock climbing, white water rafting, golf, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving are all in Tamarindo and nearby.
This is a great condo and a fantastic destination!
- wheelchair accessible
- pets not allowed
- non smoking only
- children welcome
About Jeremy and Joan Jacobson
We are from So. California and have two kids. Someday soon we will retire to Costa Rica.
Jeremy and Joan Jacobson purchased this condo in 2005
Why Jeremy and Joan Jacobson chose Tamarindo
We love Tamarindo and Costa Rica because of its beauty, the people, and the natural state of the country.
What makes this condo unique
Just off our patio is a beautiful old Banyan Tree. The builders of our complex went to great lengths to save this treasure. We are so glad they did. It is home to two iguanas, birds, squirrels, frogs. and a variety of visitor each day. Relax on the patio and you will entertained by this fascinating mini ecosystem. The iguanas will be waiting for some left over fruit.

Sorry for the late reply. All was great in CR. We started with our tour with Caravan Tours which was excellent. Tortegurera was the highlight. We had to travel 1 hr. 45 min. by boat to get to the lodge and was very enjoyable. We also went up to Los Chilies which is right close to the Nicaragua boarder. Arenal and Los Poas was also nice but cloudy in Arenal. We left the tour at the Marriott which is just 20 minutes from your condo. The shuttle driver actually took us to Tamirando, stopped for groceries, picked up keys and took us to your condo. So that was worth a giant tip. Very hassle free. Enjoyed your condo very much. Found the walk into town very hot but would stop off and have refreshments on the way. We loved being at the beach at watching the tide come in and watching people stranded as they couldn't cross the water. We also went up to Playa Conchos by cab just for a change. After Tamirando we went to Manuel Antonio which took most of the day but very enjoyable. Stopped and watched the alligators under the bridge near Jaco and went into Jaco for a bit. The Parador Hotel was very nice with a beautiful secluded beach close by. Enjoyed Manuel Antonio Park and the swimming was wonderful with the water calm and sooo warm. All in all we saw alot of CR. Two nights in San Jose was enough since they didn;t recommend leaving the hotel after dark. I don't think we will be returning to CR since we have been there twice and there is so many places to see. I must say all the people we met were wonderful and the locals are very nice people who we felt we could trust. I am so glad we had you as a contact and wish you well. We may get back to Florida soon since it is such a nice state to visit and get away from the cold. Take care, Cheers,
