Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and should your stay overlap two price bands, the period of stay will be charged pro rata . The rental rate is for a maximum of 6 persons, please add a £12 supplement per night per extra guest. This is due to additional costs for extra cleaning and laundry services. Prices may be negotiated for lettings of three weeks or more or out of season bookings.
    Changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and leave the property by 11 am on the day of departure.

  • A 25% deposit is required upon booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date together with a security bond of £150. This bond is to detect damages or missing items and will refunded immediately once we have confirmation no damage occurred during your stay, we are very reasonable and will judge any breakages fairly. Payment currency is UK pounds by personal cheque, internet bank transfer or by credit or debit card via PayPal (card payments are subject of 3.4% handling fee to cover PayPal charges).

Notes on accommodation: All rooms are fully air conditioned, double glazed, shutters, cleaning service and pool maintained. Please note: For the benefit of all, no smoking in the villas, thank you. No Group bookings taking under 25 years of age.

Outside: Villa Kallisto boasts walled private gardens, shaded patio and large sun lounge areas both to lawn and tile compete with a large stone built BBQ and outdoor furniture. Private pool approximately 8m x 4m which is fully maintained, for sole use of guests. There is also an additional garden down from the pool terrace. To the rear of the Villa there is a large private parking area suitable for several cars.

Beaches: Nearest sandy beach 800m close to Lindos memories. The beautiful secluded beach at St Pauls Bay is 1.5km, which is a popular place for weddings in the quaint chapel, also the two beaches of Lindos Bay. Pefkos main beach is a similar distance. Glystera beach is 10 min by car, and Golden sands at Charaki 15 min.

Golf: There is one golf course on the island at Afantou, some 25 minutes away by car.

Superb holiday Villa in a beautiful location!

We visited Villa Kallisto during October 2009 and it far exceeded our expectations. The villa is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and contains everything needed for a holiday. I can honestly say that this contributed to our holiday being one of our favourites (and we have travelled to many places) and one of our most relaxing. The villa is in an excellent location between the extraordinarily beautiful resort of Lindos and the equally lovely resort of Pefkos. Both resorts are easily accessible (although I would suggest car hire) and have plenty of choices for shopping/eating etc. The villa was superbly maintained (ie pool and gardens cleaned/tidied regularly). The owners have obviously put a lot of thought and care into their villa to ensure that visitors can have a comfortable and chilled holiday. The owners were a joy to deal with and were happy to help with any queries and offer advice on the locality before our holiday which was extremely useful. All in all, a fabulous holiday which I hope to repeat in the not too distant future!! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa to any other holiday-makers. I hope you enjoy it as much as we didi!!!!
PS: Philosophia restaurant in Pefkos is well worth a visit!

Clean, comfortable, modern, spacious villa with great pool and sea views. Very tastefully furnished, with really comfy beds (trying to convince my hubby to upgrade our bed to a king now - as we were spoilt whilst there!)
Owner has thought of everything you could need in the kitchen, also providing a good selection of DVD's for when you need to keep the children out of the midday sun!
Would recommend a car as the villa is up a steep hill and in the heat can be a little uncomfortable to walk up. There are many places nearby to drive to and despite going out at least once everyday, we used less the half a tank of fuel!
Lindos town was really pretty and would recommend a donkey ride for all of the family - Pefkos was great for eating out at night, with a range of eateries from greek to chinese to italian!
Owner was extremely helpful and replied to emails and queries asap.
Would recommend villa to freinds and relatives without question.

Fabulous trip to Lindos!

The villa is beautiful - a little slice of heaven on this beautiful island. The owners were an absolute delight to work with. They presented the villa just as it is and we were quite comfortable. Directions to using the DVD player would be nice, but we got it figured out. They have a nice selection of movies for guests, which we took advantage of on our one rainy day there. The villa was quite well stocked with all the essentials, thought there was not a traditional coffeemaker for us Americans and we had to quickly master the coffee press. I would suggest a couple small things to bring along if you are travelling to this villa - beach towels for the pool, a small bar of soap and a washcloth if you are used to using one. Everything else we could have possibly needed was already there. The island is beautiful and fun to explore or you can be quite content to just stay at the villa and enjoy the lovely pool area. The outside patio area quickly became our morning coffee spot. The village of Lindos has many fun shops and restaurants and you will not lack for things to do. The adjoining towns of Pefka and Lardos are also quite nice and a little bit lower cost with some delightful restaurants. You will not go wrong making reservations for this villa.

Very clean, pristine villa. Owners & manager very helpful and villa everything the ad said.
There in November so off season but still lots to see & do if you have a car and are looking for more than beach time. Driving all over the island very intersting and some spectacular views and sites.
Being a foodie, the very clean kitchen could use a few tools (bowls, measuring tools, garlic press, and decent knife). Should have brought own herbs/spices.
Loved the views, BBQ, pool. & lemon tree.
We're over 50, so could have used instructions on how to use satellite.
Would recommend this home.
