This large and spacious home offers you all the things you are looking for as a holiday base. The 4 large bedrooms and great living areas are all air conditioned to help keep you cool and relaxed. This is your 'home from home' on a wonderful resort only 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from Universal and Sea World. The resort boasts a large tropical swimming pool area with 2 heated pools that are Warm all year round! The main pool has a waterslide, heated Jacuzzi, lazy river rapids, waterfalls, extensive sun terraces. These facilities are understandably very popular with our younger visitors. The Clubhouse houses the 24 hour/7 day per week Reception/Check-In desk, as well as a large Restaurant, Sports Bar (with 4 large screen TVs showing satellite TV), games room, internet cafe. Gymnasium and, a great health centre offering (at extra cost) - massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, yoga & aerobics classes, Sauna and, steam Room.

With all the Disney parks and Universal studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens and the Space coast within easy reach, the location of this townhouse makes for an ideal vacation base. If you add to this list, endless shopping and countless restaurants, it only gets better. If you want 'natural' Florida, there are some great state parks and reserves less than an hour away. When you want to relax what could be better than the superb pool complex on the resort. This will be a great hit with children and adults alike. Mums are provided for as well as the on site beauty salon offers (at extra cost) a full range of beauty treatments. Dads, enjoy the gym and sauna before having a cooling drink in the clubhouse. The children are catered for in the shape of a well equipped games room.

  • The upstairs master has a walk in closet with floor safe. The balcony leads off the bedroom. The downstairs master is en-suite and has ample closet space. The two upstairs twin rooms share a family bathroom.

Notes: Our home would be accessible to small manual wheelchairs but the shower over bath is not suitable for handicapped people. There is a Queen sized sofa bed in the lounge and this could be used should it be needed.

Easy access to all you need: The resort is located in a great area that provides good road links to all the major theme parks, shopping areas and restaurants. The beach and other attractions such as the space coast are only an hour away.

Local amenities: There is a Publix only 3 minutes walk from the resort. There is also a good range of other shops and restaurants close by with Pizza, Japanese cuisine, Quiznos, Applebees, Fish n Chips, Chinese cuisine. For those who crave golf, crave no longer, The superb 'Highlands Reserve' championship standard par 70 course is less than 1 mile across the road. There are many other courses within a 10 minute drive.

Alternative Florida: Mount Dora with its selection of craft stores and al fresco cafe dining is only 45 minutes up the road. This is a great place to see old Florida. St Augustine (The oldest city in the USA) is only 2 hours away and offers a great stroll into history, some fine dining and great beaches. Lake Louisa state park and a great winery are only 15 minutes up the US 27.

Golf: How many courses do you want to play. This is a great location for getting to many superb courses ranging from the small 'municipal' courses to PGA standard resorts such as the Greg Norman designed 'Champions gate' complex. The price obviously varies but in general terms, golf is great value.

Other Activities: All the major theme parks.
