• Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
  Rental rates are for 1-6 persons.
  Special rates for long lets are available.
  
  Prices do include:
  
  Baby cot and high chair
  Bed linen (changed once weekly) and towels (changed twice weekly)
  6 sunbeds are provided
• A deposit of 30 % secures booking and balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  
  A breakage deposit of Euro 300,- is to be paid on arrival or in advance if preferred, in cash or direct to bank account.
  Cash will be refunded on day of departure following a satisfactory inspection by our representative.
  
  Check-in time on day of arrival is from 3 pm onwards and check-out time on day of departure is on 10 am.
  This is to allow adequate time for a professional clean prior to our next guests arriving however we are very flexible and you can come earlier and leave later if no other guests arriving.
• Please note that bookings are not accepted if all members of the party are less than 25 years of age.
