2 NIGHTS FREE FOR OPEN WEEKS IN APRIL AND MAY WITH A 7 NIGHT STAY.

THIS UNIT HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED AND IS NOW READY. WE ADDED NEW TILE FLOORS ON THE MAIN LEVEL. NEW CARPET IN THE MASTER AND UPSTAIRS. NEW PAINT THROUGHOUT.ALL NEW BATHROOMS. NEW KITCHEN WITH GRANITE COUNTER TOPS AND ALL NEW APPLIANCES.EACH BEDROOM HAS A NEW FLAT SCREEN TV WITH DVD PLAYERS. THE UNIT IS ALSO WI-FI.THE UNIT INCLUDES A FOUR PASSENGER GOLF CART. WE ALSO HAVE 4 BIKES THAT ARE IN THE GARAGE. Our townhouse is 2900 sq. ft.and has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath.There are two master suites with king-size beds, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the loft.

Located in Tivoli Terrace on the beach side of the gated Sandestin Resort, you are a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute away from the pool. Enjoy quiet evenings on the open lanai on the first level that is on the golf course and faces the beach or the upstairs screened-in porch. The open living room, dining room, and kitchen areas offer ample seating for you and your guests.

Many activities including golf, biking, fishing, and boating are available at Sandestin Resort. Award-winning dining and live entertainment await you at Baytowne Wharf. Shop 'til you drop at the shops of Sandestin or Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just a short drive up the road.

Great location for the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this house. It is a great location for the beach and very quiet. The golf cart was a HUGE hit with my family and made it so easy to get around to Baytowne Warf, Publix, the beach and just fun outing on a cloudy day.

Sandestin Wedding In October 2011-Best Time Ever!!!!

My son just got married in Sandestin this past October. We found this unit through VRBO as we have other properties. This was our first trip to FL in the Fall and the weather was spectacular as was the Condo. I would recommend this property to anybody that is planning a family vacation on the coast. It accommodates 8 people easily. You definitely don't feel like you are all right on top of each other. With the Golf cart everything is right there. You can be on the beach within 5 minutes or at the pool in 30 seconds. It is beautifully furnished and very spacious. Great patio with two grills right on one of the tee boxes. Cannot say enough about this property. Great Value!!

The description of this property is misleading. When we got to the property it WAS NOT recently renovated. Everything worn, patio unusable. I was not informed that the deposit was not going to be returned until I made the effort to find out what had happened over a month later. Better to spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Owner's Response: This is totally false. These people were upset because I was giving them only half of there deposit. They left my unit in a mess. Dirty carpets and allot of extra cleaning. They lied about having children when they had teenage boys. One night they had about 30 boys at the place parting. The place has just totally renovated last year. Look at the pictures online. Also look at the other reviews. I will give references for every week someone stayed there. There has never been a problem. These people that stayed there disrespected my property. My place is booked all the time and with repeat customers. Please call me if you have any further questions about the property.

We recently spent a week at the townhouse and had an amazing trip. This condo is great for traveling with a large group because the bedrooms,bathrooms and living areas are extremely spacious, large dining table, great patio with new grill and screened in patio areas. The townhouse is in a great central location with a large pool with kiddie pool close by and the beach a short golf cart ride away. Great plus having the golf cart!!! I would definitely recommend renting this condo for a wonderful beach vacation.

Destin Trip - No oil on the beach!!!

We loved the house! It is big, beautiful and very nice. The golf cart was a life saver. Only a two minute ride to the beach!!! It has a great outdoor grill on the patio that over looks the golf course. The kitchen is nice and spacious. If you are a big cook, you might want to bring big bowls, casserole dishes, etc. because it has just the very basic items. It has a big dining table and a big breakfast bar so it sits alot of people. My experience was great and the owner is super nice and easy to work with.
