The massive and elegant living room of this apartment has two very comfortable sofas, the perfect place to sit back and relax. In this same area, you have a large dining table where you can comfortably seat 6 people.

The Gran Via apartment has 3 beautifully bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with an ample wardrobe space, this bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedrooms come with two single beds and the third with two bunk beds. This spacious apartment has 2 bathrooms, one serves the master bedroom and the other serves the second and third bedrooms. Each bathroom is elegant and modern and comes complete with fresh towels. If needed a double sofa-bed in the saloon can be used to host a seventh and eight person.

The kitchen in this great apartment is complete with all the mod cons that you would expect making it a pleasure to prepare a meal using fresh products bought at the local market.

This elegant apartment is on the 3th floor.

How to get there: You will hardly find in Barcelona another apartment better connected than this.

Coming from Barcelona Airport you can get to the apartment by Aerobus (3d stop at 'Gran Via-Urgell') which costs about 3 Euros per person. Taxi from the airport is also available at about 25 Euros and 15 minutes ride. Metro: Rocafort (L1 red line)

If you come from Girona airport you can catch a bus at the airport and get to Estació del Nord bus station. From there you can get the metro (L1 Arc de Triomf) and get to the apartment in only 5 stops, or 10-15 minutes.

If you get to Barcelona by train, you'll get to Barcelona Sants main train station which is at only 10 minutes walking to the apartment.

This trains will bring you to Barcelona north (Costa Brava, Maresme) and south (Sitges, Castelldefels, Tarragona) beaches, interior cultural cities and mountains (Montserrat, Vic, Olot...), Theme Parks (Port Aventura), Golf Resorts (Sant Cugat, Sant Vicenç de Montalt, El Prat, Sitges...) Unbeatable

Nice and clean!

Staff is excellent and very helpful. Apartment has everything u need for a comfortable stay. Location is superb with all major attractions in walking distance. Great for family stay too. Good restaurants nearby. Will def stay again if we visit barcelona and strongly recommend to family and friends.

Lovely apartment, ideally situated.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in barcelona and this apartment was a fantastic base from which to explore the city. The apartment is of a good size and not cramped at all. It was well equiped and was very comfortable for my family of 3 and the inlaws. All the usual important needs were well met, such as comfortable beds, good hot and powerful showers and a well apointed kitchen and living room area. There are numerous local stores and resturants/cafes nearby that are much more authentic then some of the other more centrally that are designed for the tourists. There is also a wonderful bakery and a patesserie only yards either side of the apartment that I would certainly recommend is worth a try. The owners were also very helpful on arrival and provided all the relevant contact details in case of emergency or any problems....but these were not needed. I would certainly recommend this to anyone visiting Barcelone for a short break or even longer!

Great Location, Cozy Comfortable Apartment

This was a such wonderful apartment for our family trip to Barcelona. There were five of us with children ranging in age from 24 to 6. The apartment was clean, quiet and well appointed. It was very homey and comfortable. Our daughter had just finished culinary school and we cooked several meals in the apartment and had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. We became regulars at the local market around the corner.

The location couldn't have been better. There was a metro station just across the street and the we took the aerobus from the airport and we were the first stop, with a three block walk, which was easy to make with our pull along luggage. The stop itself was beautiful and we came back the next day to take in all the sights, including an old bullfighting arena that had been turned into a mall. We ate in a restaurant there called Andela that had wonderful food. We were able to hop on the metro and go all over Barcelona and then come right home, hop off and walk across the street to our beautiful and secure building, take the elevator to the third floor, and be home.

The beds were comfortable and clean. There was a washer and dryer that worked perfectly. Whenever we had a question Marcel was very helpful.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to stay in a comfortable, safe, clean apartment in Barcelona.

Be sure to see the Familia Sagrada. It was truly amazing, different from any cathedral in the world. There is also a street bazaar set up down the area between the streets in front of the building with all kinds of fun booths. We bought several Christmas presents there. There were two different glass artists who made beautiful jewelry.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city and in a great location with the metro stop right at the doorstep. Neighborhood bakeries, supermarkets and lovely tapas bars and restaurants all within a 10 mins walk radius.

Upon arrival, we found there were insufficient towels for our family and there was no kettle for boiling water for our tea and coffee. However, Carlos and Carolina were great in providing it to us as soon as possible with minimum fuss.

Made our 1st ever visit to Barcelona very memorable.

This great apartment, which benefits from plenty of natural light is located at only 10 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and 5 minutes to Plaça Espanya, the two main Barcelona 'plazas', right in the center of Barcelona.

The apartment is extremely quiet for its central location, making it a good choice for any guest looking to relax and enjoying some rest after a hard day of exploring.

Close to the apartment is the convention centre of Fira de Montjuïch. From here you are just at the feet of the Montjuïch mountain where various sightseeing attractions are located, like the Magic Fountain, Poble Espanyol, the Olympic stadium and swimming pools. There is also the National Museum of Catalunya where on weekend nights the guest can watch the famous Magic Fountains.

You can access the city center in only 10 minutes walking or by metro (2-3 stops) right outside the building. In the city centre you can explore ththe Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, El Borne, Gaudi's buildings...

Golf: We can provide specialized private transportation to main Barcelona golf courses: Sant Cugat, Sant Vicenç de Montalt, El Prat, Sitges, Llavaneres, Barcelona with local English speaking drivers.

Ski: At only 100 km you will find nice skiing stations: Rasos de Peguera, La Molina, Masella... and also the Pirinees stations: Baqueira, Andorra, Port del Compte, Tavascan, Vall de Nuria etc.
