It is one of the most colourful urban neighbourhoods with art gal., shops, restaurants, theatres and unique night life where also the main intellectual and cultural life has its centre. Although the flat is in down town, it is hidden in quiet small street. It is few steps to the British Consulate next to the German Protestant and Armenian churches. The 95 M2 flat with alarm has an exclusive design and is perfect for a family or a group of friends. It is on the first floor of the house 4 steps only. There is enough place for 7 persons.The living room can be changed with a very comfortable sofa bed to a bedroom.The kitchen is well equipped. A small balcony is looking to the beautiful and silent shared garden. It suits for longer staying.

I have recently stayed here for a week, and wished I could have stayed for longer! The apartment is situated in a perfect location right next to istiklal Tower, and close to all local amenities. The apartment itself is spacious, light and extremely comfortable. What made this apartment different are the 'special touches' around, such as guide books, scrabble, lots of kitchen equipment and lovely decorative pieces. I would highly recommend this apartment (and have done so already), and would love to stay here again - for longer!

The apartment itself is spacious, light and extremely comfortable. What made this apartment different are the 'special touches' around, such as guide books, scrabble, lots of kitchen equipment and lovely decorative pieces. Schöne Zeit / Nice time

Istanbul ist eine ganz wunderschöne Stadt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüht. Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen (ganz in der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man überall in die Stadt kommt), es gibt mehrere kleine Geschäfte und das Viertel ist ursprünglich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Dort hat man einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in der sonst etwas lauten Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Istanbul is a wonderful city and we really enjoyed our stay. The flat is well located (a bus stop from where you can reach all the city), some small shops and the neighbourhood is originally. The flat itsself is furnished very nice and functional. There you have a quiete stay in a elsewise noisy city. We will be happy to come back

Great place to be

We chose the right place! It was easy to go and see all the tourist sights and also to find a nice place to eat close by at night. And after a long day it was a great place to relax. The apartment was as we expected it by the description and pictures. Nice interior and clean, helpful informations there for getting around. We would always go again and also recommend it to our friends.

Mitten in Beyoglu

Wir waren mit 2 Personen für 12 Tage in Istanbul. Das Appartment entspricht ziemlich genau den eingestellten Bildern. Diese pittoreske Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Abseits der Touristenströme befindet man sich jedoch zentral in der Stadt. Wir haben alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fast ausschließlich zu Fuß erkundet. Außerdem kommt man als Nachtschwärmer in Beyoglu nicht zu kurz. Viele Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Ebenso gibt es in den verwinkelten Gassen um das Appartment herum viele kleine Lebensmittelläden, die unserer Empfindung nach nie geschlossen hatten. Absolut zu Empfehlen ist der Bäcker, der gleich um die Ecke der Wohnung seinen Laden hat. Wir haben mindestens zwei mal am Tag dort Brot gekauft! Die Vermieterin spricht perfekt deutsch und ist sehr nett. Sie ist jederzeit per Telefon oder e-mail zu erreichen, ist sehr hilfsbereit und steht einem mit Rat und Tat beiseite. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Wohnung verbracht. Wir können dieses Appartment wirklich empfehlen!

In five minutes walking distance you have the metro station, the urban train station, bus stop and the harbour for the ferryboats (Karaköy and Eminönü) to the Asian side (Kadiköy) and Prince Islands. The historical habitants of Beyoglu,Armenians, Greeks and Jews left behind buildings, schools churches and synagogues with astonishing architecture in this area. In few steps is the famous Nevizade, an open fish and vegetable Market with many restaurants and bars. Behind the ancient Galatasaray school is Cukurcuma, with its diverse antique shops, cosy cafes and the ancient Galatasaray Hamami (Turkish Bath).The famous Istiklal street offers art galleries, restaurants, cafes, bookshops, concert halls, sightseeing and the possibility to see the Turkish everyday life.

  • The first bedroom is for two persons. It has wooden floor and kept its original brick walls and has access to the small balcony with a look to the shared silent garden. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. In the second bedroom you have a very comfortable bed for two persons. It has wooden floor and a big window looking to the silent street with no cars and pedestrians. And we have in the living room a very comfortable and big sofa bed for 2 adults, where even 3 childs could sleep. And we have also an extra bed, which we can put in that room.
